I hired universal blinds for a repair on an old hunter Douglas blind. The blinds are quite old and parts are no longer made for it. Marc, who came to do the repair, could easily have told me that a repair was impossible and that I needed new blinds at a cost of $2000. Even though the parts were no longer made for this blind Mark improvised and was able to do the repair for a very nominal charge. I will certainly call him when I need new ones.

Marc was true to his words. He knew timing was my number one concern and delivered them quickly. The windows look beautiful and Iâ m very happy with the quality of the blinds.

Called and he stopped by same day as it fit into his schedule. Was personable, knowledgeable and finished in less than an hour. It was a small job and was very happy to find someone willing to do it.

Mark was very responsive. He even called day of appt and asked to come hour early. I need a custom valance fit back on blind but clips were not available. Mark improvised and got the job done. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend.
