Within two hours of our request Universal Blinds & Shutters arranged an appointment to send a service agent within two days. Their representative Mark Broder arrived exactly on time and resolved our issue cost effectively and provided good maintenance advice. He was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend this firm to anyone needing help with blinds.

3 companies came to give me an estimate. Universal was the one that was more convincing doing the measurements. Universal price was not the lowest, but was not the highest either. I gave 4.5 stars to Customer Service because I would expect a more proactive update about my order that took a little bit more than 4 weeks, when it was supposed to take 3. This is not a complain by any means, just an area of opportunity for them to improve. All in all, they did a good job and I gave them 5 stars.
