The work was completed quickly and the technician was very nice and professional.

Good job. Cost was higher than I expected but it needed to be done so I went ahead. I asked - as I always do - for a senior citizen's discount, but was told none was available.

My only - and small - complaint is that I was told the tech would call when he was on the way. He did not, prompting me to call his company and leave a message. When he arrived - right on time - he said he never got my message.

There was a minor quality problem with the shutters that was repaired the next day. All good !!

Marc is polite, professional, & respectful. He was on time (he arrived a little early, and called to see if it was OK) he knew exactly what to fix and it was done in no time.
