They came immediately. Was not thrilled with the plastic pull for my blind I really wanted one to match the existing. Not that big of a deal as the shade pull is in the guest room. Found them to be alittle high priced for the job. It was a very quick fix. Otherwise Marc was great came very next day.

Very pleased with outcome of my project. Marc came by in a timely manner once called and installation was completed soon after the verticals came into stock.

Marc showed up on time which unfortunately has not been the norm lately from other vendors. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately.

While I knew that the issue would be minor, I had no experience with the power blinds that are in my house. Although it was a lot of money to have someone out to ultimately change my batteries, it was well worth it. This type of service will not be needed going forward, but it was a life saver this time.
