We purchased blinds from this vendor about 5 years ago, we had problems with the blinds from the very beginning, we had them repaired 3 times until they finally fell apart. We called them again, this is over a year later and finally they came back only to tell us that the blinds were beyond repair because they had totally fallen apart, we purchased new blinds and had them installed about 1 week ago, again, we had a problem they had to come back a second time to reinstall them, so far so good. The gentleman that did the installation is wonderful, however, the business owner has not even contacted us to ask how satisfied or unsatisfied we are, not good customer service...

Mark came out to our house from Universal Blinds. Prompt and on time as promised. Repaired what he could for us and the other blinds will have to be replaced. Will be using them upon our return from a vacation for replacement of the broken blinds. Highly recommend this company.ð
