Called before they came, was punctual and came and did a great job they were nice people.

Stave came and diagnosed the problem, hung sheets on the rod, so we could sleep, took the shade with him for repair. Five days later he came back and installed the repaired shade. The easiest repair ever. Very grateful!

The owner Steve was quite rude to me and his customer service skills were sorely lacking. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. I hope he feels better soon!

Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, workmanship was perfect, repair was done on the spot. everyone else wanted to ship my blinds to be repaired. Steven came out and restrung them right there and made them PERFECT! EXCELLENT!!!
