This company was very professional, informative, courteous, and did what they said they would do exactly to a T. I used to have single-pane, aluminum windows that were allowing a lot of heat inside my home. Now I have beautiful, energy-efficient, impact windows that give me noise reduction from outside, block all the heat from coming in, and provide me hurricane protection. Also have a 30-year, full coverage warranty should anything go wrong. Complete peace of mind all around. Do it once and do it right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of impact windows and/or doors. They are awesome!

Great employees. They were very respectful when they came to do the work. They had a positive attitude. Did the work fast and efficiently. Also cleaned up everything after themselves. I am very happy with the window they provided. I know I will be calling them when its time to do my sliding glass doors.

The Windows look great! It has made the house look like a whole new place! Comfort, Security and Peace of Mind! PS: They did a great job cleaning up after words as well, painless install and happy customers :)

Very poor customer service. My contract rear 12 weeks to install a new porch and windows. they started the job 6 month later, no one from paradise ever call me , every time I call I got the same run around I had to call the owner and he also didn't return my call. Finally the job got finished the installers did a great job but when you spend $8000.00 you would think they would care.

I hired paradise to build a porch with storm windows contact read 12 weeks it was 6 months before the work was done. very poor customer service no one from paradise ever call me to update me I had to call then and got a run around. the installers did do a nice job. but it want worth the stress I had to put up with for 6 months.

I cannot rate the service because its now 132 days since I paid my deposit on 05/07/16 for Paradise Exteriors to install my windows. It's now the height of the hurricane season, but this does not seem to bother them that they are jeopardizing my home and my wellbeing.

This is one of the best services I have had in a long time. The installers were on time and ready to install the windows. It was clean. They had a system in place, which demonstrated high efficiency. They clean up as they go. My neighbors noticed how efficient they were and came and told me as they observed. If you ever need me to refer your installers to anyone, please let me know and I would be happy to do so. Thanks for your good work.

Honestly not enough can be said about Paradise Exteriors. They made our dream of getting new windows in our home a reality and really worked with us to explain all of our options. Jim was fantastic and very informative also worked around my schedule so I wouldn't have to miss work. Really top notch!

GREAT service. Jim was so personable and down to earth. He really worked with us to make sure that we knew what options were available for us to ensure that we could get the windows we needed. He gave us such a helpful, hands on presentation to help us understand what we could do for our home. He even allowed us to set up an appointment later in the afternoon/evening so that all family members could be present without us having to miss work or leave early. We couldn't be any happier with this company! Thank you for all your help!

They are excellent Windows. And all workers were very professional.

I hired Paradise exteriors to replace my old windows for new windows and not enough words can discribe how satisfied we are with the work they have done. First when you call them for a quote the people answering the phones are very nice and friendly. Also the sales rep giving you an estimate and guidance knew every possible answer to questions related windows. And finally the windows installers worked in complete harmony as if you were watching a valet take place and not like other companies were the level of proffessionalism isnt there but with these guys it is. then when inspectors arrived to evaluate the work compliments were given about the fine job that had been performed. I am very please with this company and definitely recommend them.

Excellent company. Only reason I rated 4.5 rather than 5 stars is that 1/2 round windows did not have sunburst grids as ordered. The 1/2 rounds will soon be replaced as ordered. Installers are excellent and I highly recommend this company. Windows are high impact hurricane 5 grade. We live ne t to a busy highway and can no longer hear the road noise.

They explained everything about each tye of window and window frame. They had a sample of each window and did not attempt to sell me what I didn't want. There presentation was informative and well presented.

They were awesome. Sales people made a huge effort to lower prices and get us into a reasonable deal. They were very helpful and very attentive. If I ever buy another house I will definitely install with Paradise
