Met today with Mike Nicastro he was very thorough in his presentation very well spoken. It was a bit of a process but in the end I knew I was getting a high quality product for my home and Iâ m sure I will be more than satisfied with Paradise Exteriors.

I cannot think of one negative in my experience with Paradise Exteriors. They say what they do and do what they say. If they told you they would call you, they did. The measuring visit went smoothly. They called with updates. The delivery date was when they said it would be and at the time they stated. The installation crew were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When the windows were finished the house and yard area were as clean as before they began. The next day I got a call for an appointment for the final inspection. In a nutshell, PE does EVERYTHING for you and were worth the investment.

Paradise Windows and Doors did an excellent job on ALL my windows and did an excellent job on a SLIDING DOOR I just had installed.The workman ship was excellent.They were very clean in finishing installation,leaving my floors perfectly clean. They also put up a plastic barrier so no dust would go into the house.

Nick arrived to the minute on time. It was a sheer pleasure working with him and he spent approximately 3+ hours with me, explaining the windows and roof (all top notch products). Paradise Exteriors did an amazing job installing my windows! I purchased 8 of them after speaking with their awesome sales rep Geoffrey! He blew me away with his awesome demonstration! I spoke with 2 other companies and Paradise was the 3rd one here and I just couldn't pass up their window or price! Pure virgin vinyl window with a double life of the homeowner warranty! How can it get any better!? Plus they have their own installers that installed everything in just 5 hours! And they cleaned up everything nice and neat! Very happy customer!

The experience was GREAT. I will definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors. The work was done as promised. I was kept inform of the status during the whole process. Installation was done as scheduled and all the work was done on the time stablished and very clean. The installation team was very professional and courteous. The Administrative team also was very helpful during all our inquiries.

It took me almost a year to decide, but it was clear that Paradise Exteriors offered a great hurricane window product. The sales team was thorough, and was able to compare to other manufacturers and installers. It took a long time to get the product from the manufacturer, and to set an installation date, and for a bit, I thought they'd forgotten about me. A little more contact during the waiting period would have been helpful. Installation crew was extremely thorough and professional and respectful. I had a glitch with one of the window latches and the installer team captain came over to help me with it. I recommend Paradise Exteriors for hurricane window installation!

Very pleased. We had an issue with the mis-measurement of one of our windows and a replacement window was ordered and installed without issue. As a contractor for over 30 years this has been the most hassle free experience I have had dealing with a contractor. The installers were courteous and very aware of the surroundings and courteous. The new windows are a great upgrade the the house and look great from the street.

Paradise keep me well informed throughout the entire process from contract sign to permits and installation. They originally told me two days for install but then the install only took one day from 9:30am start to 7:30 finish. Now waiting for stucco repair on two openings and then final inspection. Got call today to set up inspection date at a convenient time for us. Look forward to final inspection. The windows are very high quality and my house is already cooler.

It was extremely windy the day of installation and the crew tried to cover items but at the end, there was some dust inside. Can't control the weather! Outside was cleaned up well. I have recommended this company to multiple people. The installation crew did good and the overall company was helpful throughout the process.

I had my windows and door replaced in July 2020. The experience was seamless and the instillation was flawless. The instillation crew were clean and experienced. My electric bill wend down, my home owners insurance went down and my home is as quiet as I expect it.
