It was a pleasure working with everyone from Paradise. They took care of everything from start to finish and kept me informed along the way. The installers were polite and cleaned up when they were done. You couldn't ask for better service.

I used Paradise Exteriors several months ago to replace two windows. Loved the job. They met every expectation. And, they were one of the only companies that would consider the job of less than three or more windows. I recently had a gas grill fire on my patio and had damage to a hurricane shutter and window. I called PE for an estimate. I explained that I already had two windows from them and they agreed to come out for one impact window even though their policy changed to three or more. When the representative came, he was pushy to do more windows, asked why I wouldn't consider just financing the job, and was basically out pricing the job for one window. I asked him for the price of just a regular, non-impact window matching the ones I had previously installed and he reluctantly gave me a price for one that was much more than the total for the two already installed. I was so happy with their prices for the first job. To say the least, I did not hire them for the job and was very disappointed with the attitude and pushiness of the representative. He was a poor representation of the quality I had the first time.

I have been very happy with my experience with Paradise Exteriors. They were very good at calling regularly to let me know where we were in the process. There was a delay in getting the permit from association (not their fault) but they called regularly and I was able to get that moving. Everyone from the permit person, to the scheduler, to the installers, to the person who came to help with the inspector were all very polite, professional, and prompt. The work was done very well, everything was clean, and the windows are more beautiful than I expected. I really don't have any complaints after we settled on the price which I did negotiate. I would recommend this company.

Found Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor.com. Made an appointment. Representative Danny Sellers came right out and was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Was able to purchase energy-efficient, hurricane-impact vinyl within my budget. The installers were very neat, professional, and also informative about the installation process. Installed 3 Windows in just 3 hours! No other company I spoke with agreed to do only 3 Windows, but Paradise did. From the time of the agreement to the day of installation it only took 8-10 weeks as I was told. Definitely notice a big difference in temperature in the room where the windows were installed and they are much quieter. They look much better than the old aluminum Windows I had before. They are much smoother as far as operation and aesthetics. Very happy and have told my neighbors about Paradise Exteriors windows & doors. Will also continue to spread the word about them.

Professional people with great product. Windows are strong and look beautiful. Also make us feel secure besides protecting against hurricanes. Doors are hurricane proof too!

They were prompt with appointments, called and kept me informed about the progress of my window installations, and did an excellent job when the windows were installed. The installation men worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the installation. While buying a home in Florida, we discovered that the front door was not an "impact" door. I immediately contacted Miles Wilson of Paradise and he sent me a catalog. My wife and I loved the selection and picked a beautiful front door. From there, Paradise handled everything from permitting to installation and final inspection. The job was done professionally and without any problems. We are very pleased and recommend Paradise and Miles to everyone.

Found Paradise Exteriors online and after speaking with their representative I was highly impressed with this family-owned company. From the fact that they've been in business 25 years and done over 3,000 installations with their own installers, not using subs, to the fact that they have financing available as well. My home is much quieter, more energy-efficient, house stays cooler, don't hear outside noises any more, and the sun doesn't beat us up through the windows any more. Also have hurricane protection from the impact glass and they look beautiful! I would give Paradise Exteriors a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new windows or doors! Best of the best!

We are pleased with our new windows and doors. Paradise Exteriors tried to accommodate us every step of the way. The whole procedure took a little over 12 weeks but we did not have a problem with that. The instillation was fine. I found few minor glitches that needed to be fixed. The company sent Josh and his team and they did an excellent job. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone.

I only needed two (non-hurricane) windows replaced and no other company would return my calls. Paradise returned my call ASAP, set up an intensive estimate presentation and was very helpful. The customer service answered every phone call. All paperwork/permits were done by Paradise. Appointments were made for measurements and kept within 15 minutes of appointment time, except one time (Miami-Dade County traffic is terrible) and they called with an accurate reschedule time. Installation was done in a timely manner. It was fast, efficient and done with no mess for me to clean up! Only minor glitch was with Dade County inspector so a second inspection was set up and went well. I would highly recommend Paradise and look forward to more window replacements in the future. I LOVE my new windows!

Very prompt, professional, The work was done within 6 weeks. The workmanship was excellent, the quality of the windows was very good. Financing was another excellent benefit that they were able to provide.

The windows looks excellent, the people who came were excellent. They did a very good job. The big concern was I received the sales person 10/31/15 and the windows were installed 02/29/2016. We were waiting 4 months. But the installation was amazing!
