Alex and his crew were amazing today. I watched them as they worked and was very impressed with how professional they worked together. Each of the workers seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing and I am very pleased with the results. They also took the time to explain things to me as they were doing them and when they were finished they also demonstrated for me how to open/close and lock all the windows and the slider. Great job!!

Great experience with Paradise Exteriors...Performed a wonderful job with our windows and doors. The sliding glass doors in our Great Room are 16 feet wide and they look amazing...Nestor is the best...His non-stop work along with the other workers was terrific.

Once I decided to replace all my windows I requested several different product presentations and quotes. I was most impressed with Bojan Atanasovski from Paradise Exteriors with his promptness and professionalism in the presentation and quote process. He obviously knew his product well and answered all my questions without hesitation or BS. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely confident in the product and installation process. He was very thorough in walking me through the contract, making sure that I understood every step. I have contracted to replace 14 windows and one sliding door and will make further reviews in the future as the process goes forward.

Ken was extremely professional in every way throughout the whole process of this sale. We were only looking for a quote for this project and with Kens professionalism, answering all of our questions and clarifying many things we were concerned about we are so glad we made the decision to proceed with Paradise! From my phone call with the scheduler to Ken coming out the whole process was surprisingly quick and my husband and I couldnâ t be more thrilled! We are excited about the windows but also with the relationship we will have with Paradise and the awesome people you employ. So far, we have been extremely satisfied, especially with Hannah. She rates a 10. She has been knowledgeable and helpful in all regards. She knows her product quite well and has so far fully answered all of our concerns and questions as well as being easily accessible. However, since we are only just past the ordering stage, I will defer giving a full review at this time as the actual work has not yet begun. Once the job is underway and/or competed, I will be happy to write what I hope will be a stellar review. Please do not take this as any indication of dissatisfaction but rather that we simply do not have sufficient information to write an honest review. However given our experience with Paradise Exteriors so far, we anticipate being able to write and outstanding review.

Ken came out and was awesome. Very detailed, knowledgeable, curious, polite. The windows quality is amazing! Flex screen, double tilt feature, the locking features are all high quality. Ken was the most professional sales person Iâ ve seen and well versed on the product as well, made it and easy decision for me and my family to choose Paradise and the SoftLite window.

Ken was absolutely excellent. The best representative that you all could ever send to a residents home. He was very considerate and explained everything. Makes the customer understand each part of what they are getting and what they need. Did not try and up sell me something that I do not need. To management, do not let him go, give him an up raise and a bonuses. He is an A+ man and thank you for sending him to me! I have been waiting to get this done for 17 years and paradise was the only ones that could make this happen. I will tell the whole neighborhood about your company and the service that Ken gave me.

After meeting the sales I knew this was the company for me. Randy was professional and informative. The work performed was above and beyond my satisfaction. Once my first house completed we hired Paradise to do two other homes we own. I would highly recommend them and have to multiple friends and family.

They were a pleasure to do business with. Installed the windows on time. Followed up the installation with a quality control visit that also stayed on premise for the Building Inspection. Inspection passed without an issue. When one of the windows developed a crack, Paradise Exteriors replaced the cracked glass in a timely an professional manner. We decided on using Paradise Exterior for our impact windows based on the presentation, price and warranty offered. Miles Wilson came to our home and explained all the pro's and con's off our project. We felt he was honest and explained every detail of the process thoroughly. So much so, that my wife told me to cancel our next appointment, because she found the company we should be doing business with.

Couldnâ t ask for a better window company! Their values and representation are outstanding. Ken took so much time explaining everything, answering every question we had. So excited for our new windows!

I had all of my doors and windows replaced and once everything came in they completed the job in only one day! they are the definition of family style customer service and They called me to keep me in the loop even when there were no new advancements in the waiting process for permits/ manufacturing. The price was competitive but even if it was higher than others your getting what you pay for. they were all extremely professional and made sure they were careful and took the time to protect my entire house from dust and other debris caused by installation. Everyone I met was friendly and professional which makes you feel like youre part of the team. I am only referring this company to people when they ask me about getting new storm doors or windows. Its been about a month since they have been installed and I have ZERO complaints. no leaks, no noises, house stays cooler, everything works smooth, I can go on but no need. Don't waste your time looking just use Paradise Exteriors and save all the trouble

Paradise Exteriors recently replaced all of the windows and doors in our home. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. They were very communicative and kept us updated on the process throughout. Questions and issues were addressed promptly. Installation was quick considering the scale of the job, and the team was polite and efficient. Finishing was great including stucco work. Final inspection was smooth. We love our new windows and are very pleased!

The other day Carlos' crew, Carlos #1, Carlos #2, Jose, Ivan and Savy did an incredible change out of my old 1972 windows to modern, tight, hurricane-proof windows! I was extremely happy with the final results that these very professional men did to improve my home. Everything was left clean and tidy! I highly recommend this company!
