This company is professional and everyone is so nice. They answer all your questions and couldn't be more helpful. The product is exceptional quality. I would highly recommend if your thing about impact window's to call for an estimate. There's no pressure. The only concern I had was financial and they made it possible for me to get window's and be comfortable with the price.

I had Ken come out, he was very honest and did a good job explaining the window features and installation process. very easy to understand, reasonably priced as well, I'm very excited for my new windows !!

Very satisfied with company and customer service from start to finish with the exception of one glitch. Our windows are supposed to be high wind storm impact windows. One of the windows was cracked before reaching our home. I'm really hoping this won't happen during a hurricane.

I love my windows. Installers cleaned up and I had no problems. I can barely hear the outside street noise, the UV filter is great, and I now have more privacy at night. Everything went well and Iâ m passing their info along to a client.

I just replaced my old windows with new impact windows and am very impressed with Paradise Exteriors. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience - from initial consultation through final installation. Everyone was very professional and polite which made a very involved home modification project as pleasant as it could be. Phone contacts/updates were timely and helpful and everything proceeded as scheduled. The installers arrived on time (actually earlier after calling to let me know they'd be early) and were very polite and conscientious, repeatedly asking me to let them know if I saw anything wrong because they wanted to be sure they did it right and that I was satisfied. They were very concerned about the condition that they left the work area and spent a lot of time covering tables and items before starting to protect from dust and debris. On completion they vacuumed and even mopped to leave the work area as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors to anyone looking to install hurricane impact windows.

The crew you sent was GREAT! They were very professional and thorough. They did excellent work and cleaned up. There were a few minor flaws that they noted, but after they left I found a rip in the kitchen screen also. Please add that to the list of repairs needed before the final inspection. Otherwise, I am VERY happy with my new windows

itâ s just incredible. the area that they worked and they did sweep the floors and pick up some of the things around them and they were good workers that did the installation very good!!

They tried to break into my house last Wednesday. but they couldn't because the house has impact doors and windows. They tried to break the glass door and they only broke the first layer of the glass. I called Paradise Exteriors the next day in the morning to have the door replaced and Mr. Zachary helped me immediately, in the afternoon I had an answer about when the door would be replaced. I am very grateful to Zachary and the installers Josh and Bob very respectful and fast. I recommend Paradise Exteriors 100 %. The best investment I made. My family and I, we feel very safe.
