That's why I choose to do my reviews here. The Yelp reviews are just angry people who aren't willing to compromise or understand. But I have noticed that the reviews are due to sales tactics and sales pressures not related to any workmanship nor the products that they sells. Yes I admit the sales guys were very smooth and focus on Selling the product, integrity and all the accomplishments of the company before he even measures all my windows. At the end of the day I made a decisions not by emotions nor pressured by the sales guy because no one can make me believe that this quote is just for this day!!! Thousands of contractor out their you can hire and they all know that. Do your diligent research on the product they use or carry and the company itself not based on the sales guy. Angie's list, home advisor, Google have great reviews. And also research the soft lite product integrity ( that's what they used). I will update my post upon completion. I have a condo that I'm tired boarding up during hurricane and few friends that very interested on replacing their windows but waiting for mine to finish to see the actual results if they up to what they actually claimed to be.

Enzo Ocsas is the best sales representative. He took his time to explain and show us everything. He is truly dedicated in working with you and is extremely honest and doesn't just tell you want you want to hear. He truly was an asset in our family making an informed decision on such a big investment. Paradise is lucky to have an employee like him.

The windows and door look great. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. The worked cleanly, efficiently and were extremely polite.

WOW! From the sales professional, James Zirin, down to the inside team (Kimberly, Lori, etc) to the ground crew with Franklin and his team - 100% PROFESSIONAL - ACCOUNTABLE - DETAILED ORIENTED. Paradise was referred to us by several friends who had used them - thankfully. James came to our home Friday night in Dec 2019 and 3.5 hours later after a COMPREHENSIVE & DETAILED sales presentation we just knew...we wanted the best, most cutting edge window technology and we knew this was it. Then came Covid-19...but Paradise never skipped a beat and kept calling me to keep me updated and timeline progression and handled the entire HOA & permitting process smoothly. --Then came Franklin and his team of 5 to our home - days later later everything installed and Franklin and his team were absolute GEMS and nothing but professional and highly skilled. They informed us what they were doing, why they were doing it and did a walk through afterwards. They covered our furniture and other things due to the dust. The experience was better than we thought and even our inspector was a surprised at the high quality of these windows and the install technique compared to most...THANK YOU! Dave & Alissa

I felt great from the very first time I called I felt very comfortable and the follow up calls to confirm my appt really made me feel taken care of . Is really hard to get someone on the phone now days and a follow up call is almost non-existent. I confirmed I chose the right company for the replacement of my windows and doors when I met James Zirin who was not only on time but also was so pleasant, professional educated, patient, kind and really made me feel like family. Can't thank him enough for educating us and making the explanation process so easy and simple to understand. Everyone at Paradise I've talked to or had in my is friendly and respectful. They go above and beyond to make sure you as the customer are happy. Ken was great and fully explained every detail about paradise windows. He was great and we're super excited for our new windows!

I consulted different companies and decided to go with Paradise. The entire process was pleasant. Everything they promised in the video was true. What I liked most about the company was their weekly follow up calls regarding my job status. The initial time frame for install was 6-8 weeks and it ended up being more like 3 months, BUT that's honestly expected in the construction industry and it wasn't Paradise's fault! It was a quick install and the guys were very neat and cleaned up. All in all I would recommend Paradise for your home improvement needs!
