Nice job and even better, they alerted me to a leaking toilet. The water was leaking under the tile so I did not know it. I called a plumber for the repair and a new toilet.

This review is submitted quite late since I misplaced the invoice so I will be brief. The tile and grout cleaned was 15 years old without a cleaning. The work was performed as requested. The cleaned tile and grout (lines painted) looked very good when they finished the work and it still looks good nine months later. We did our own bathrooms and although they also look good, it was a lot of work. It was definitely worth having a professional do the main part of the house.

Very well. I was quite pleased. I had a slight problem in one spot and they came right back and fixed it.

Scott, the co-owner, told me they could do that work in addition to coloring and sealing. The finished product was unbelievable. The 2 young men moved all furniture, removed and replaced the grout and then colored and sealed it. This was done in less than a week. The men were extremely courteous and highly professional. The floor is nothing short of awesome. I would have no problem referring them or using them again.

Couldn't have been happier! Santos and his partner came and laid cloths on floors, so no equipment ran over bare floors or carpets. They cleaned floors, repainted grout and cleaned up after themselves. The work was done to perfection.

Work was done on April 5th, 2016. As instructed the shower was not used for 3 days prior. Two workers to do the job and finished in about 4 hours. To begin with there wasn't a lot of build up on the grout but we wanted to get this cleaned, stained and sealed. Tile looked great when they finished but in less than 2 months time there were black/discolored spots starting on the grout in areas that weren't dirty before they started the job. As instructed we did not use it for another 3 days afterwards and used the all-purpose cleaner they recommend their customers use. Spots don't come off and now 7 plus months later there are many more which appeared quickly during this time. I called 3 times about this and was told they would do nothing about it but I could try using toilet bowl cleaner on the stains and of course the invoice states: Shower repairs-are guaranteed for one year, EXCLUDING any mold build-up on caulking or grout. Still this shouldn't have happened so soon after the job was done and they at least could have come out to take a look at it.

What a find...Scott was a pleasure to deal with during the estimate. He explained all options, showed samples and walked me through what would happen the day of the job. He even talked me out of a portion of the work as he said it would be a waste of money(when was the last time we heard that) The techs were polite, hard working and met my tight schedule for the day. Moved and returned all furniture The floors look amazing like the day they were installed and they are over 10 years old. And they provide a ten year warranty. Their pricing is very reasonable.

The work was done professionally and the guy(s) worked quickly to complete the job over four brief visits. Total work time was about 8 hours. What did not go well was that within one week, the paint used to repaint the grout began to come up in some places. I must not have that redone.

Fernando (Supervisor) arrived on time to give a quote for 1,295 sqft of tile which included all bathrooms, kitchen, great room, laundry room, kitchen nook and foyer. He gave two separate quotes, one for clear seal, one for color seal and throughly explained the different warranties in wet shower areas versus other areas of the house. We scheduled the work t be done as soon as possible so that the seal would be dried before move-in date. Fernando was willing to work with my schedule and immediate needs. The job took 1.5 day to complete. Fernando scheduled a team of 4 technicians to do the job. They washed the new tiles and buffed before applying the seal. Applied two coats of seal, then washed the tiles again and buffed afterwards. Checks and balances occurred during the entire process for customer satisfaction. All went well. I didn't believe the owner when he told us the black grout lines would be back to their original color, but he was right. Our floors look new-will definitely be recommending and using this company again.

Very prompt, professional and thorough. The square footage of flooring and tiled walls is around 1,500 sqft. The job took 2 days to complete. The service team was very polite. It's been a year since the job was completed and haven't had any issues.

2 young men showed up on time, were pleasant, and went straight to work. Results are AMAZING! Will be calling them again!

Super honest decent man. What I thought was a big job was nothing......Kenny explained to me that the wall didn't need tearing down.......durarock and retaining CBS wall prevented any mould from forming. Just wet vac, let it dry for a week or two then re caulk.....real old school honesty is hard to come by these days...many thanks!

The work and results exceeded our expectations. The two man crew was efficient, explained things in detail, pointed out small blemishes on the baseboard before the work began, and completed all the work right on time. The guys moved all our furniture like professionals, and they protected everything that couldn't be moved conveniently. The tile is like new. But what's spectacular are the newly painted grout, with a color that we wanted to really blend in with the tile. The grout paint is guaranteed for 10 years, and the entire floor looks brand new. We could not be more pleased!

Rob Bollella the estimator arrived the same day I called which was much appreciated. Rob gave me a reasonable estimate and arranged the have the work done 6 days later which I also appreciated. Kevin and his assistant showed up as scheduled and were very professional. I spoke briefly with Kevin when he came in and reviewed the work to be done with him. He already knew all that had to be done. I asked him a few questions about the work they were going to do and he was courteous and explained it to me. I also had questions throughout the process and Kevin did take the time to answer my questions. Kevin and his assistant kept me informed throughout the process of any scratches that were already on the time. He also took it upon himself to touch up any scratches which I also appreciated. It took Kevin and his assistant about 3 hrs to complete the job. I reviewed it and it was very professional and looks very good. After they finished I filed out a report and they left. I am attaching a picture of the work. I do recommend KC Tile Restoration for your re grouting and re caulking of your shower.

We bought a 16 year old home that had been used as a rental. The tiles had numerous chips, the grout had been painted half heartedly, and the tiles were dingy. Pluse there was a settlement crack running down the hallway between the bedrooms. KC sent in 2 exceptional young men who took their time and made the tiles look like they were just put in. The crack was even filled so that it isn't even visible anymore. The floors are amazing! I have tile throughout my house and I cannot state enough how pleased I am with the service and the exceptional job Daniel and Steve did- just amazing!

The crew were professional and the team leader made sure the crew paid attention to detail. They showed up on time and worked hard. The job ended up taking longer then they expected but they honored the quote they gave me. At the end they went over how to keep my tile clean and gave me touch up paint for future use. I was very impressed.

Everything from start to finish was above my expectations.
