The service was great! I was happy with the measurement through the installation. Everyone was professional.

They installed an awning in 2013. It is a great quality and works flawlessly. We had another one installed this year to match the original one. They block out the sun and my home is noticeably cooler in addition to providing some shade for the pool. The installation crew is extremely knowledgable. Customer service is great starting with Dottie who is super and helpful. Andre is very soft spoken and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase. There are many options to choose from. They are a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. Prices are reasonable and competitive. They are associated with Phantom Screens who I used almost 10 years ago. Their service department is responsive and trustworthy. Honest company to work with. When they say they will be there, they are there.

This was an excellent experience. Salesperson came out promptly, measured, Gave us a quote for the job. We made an appointment for installation, they came when they said and did the job quickly and professionally. We are very happy With our screened area .

It was difficult to set up an appt as well as follow up. However once we had a date they were punctual, neat, clean, respective and did an excellent job.

We get so many compliments on them because they are so unusual. They are quite expensive and when parts are needed (motors or new screens) it is quite pricey.

I was pleased that during my initial contact with American Screen Solutions they advised me that Phantom Screen has a sample of their product in all Lowe's Stores so you could actually see the product without having to go to their showroom (which was located two towns North of my location). There was no need for separate appointments to have the job completed either , I was told that the Technician would be scheduled to not only measure and evaluate the scope of the job, but he would also be equipped to complete the installation at the same visit. The day prior to the scheduled service American Screen Solutions called to confirm the appointment and the time. The Technician arrived on time and completed the installation within the one and a half hour estimated time frame I was given when I scheduled the service. The Technician was polite, friendly and began work immediately. He was careful to put down a protective blanket on the patio surface where he was working. There was no leftover mess when he was finished. After installation he thoroughly showed me how to apply a silicone spray once a month to keep the mechanism working smoothly and also how to correctly operate the Phantom Screen. He also reviewed the invoice and pricing, even the cost of replacing the door's screen mesh ($85.) prior to my signing off on the job. He explained that the majority of repairs asked for by clients was the replacement of the mesh screen itself, as most repairs occur from people walking through the closed screen (thus the name "phantom" screen as it is minimally visible when extended). The price for a single standard sliding door Phantom Screen was $399.00 which included the product and the installation. This was a great savings in my case, since my only other alternative would have been to replace the entire hurricane impact resistant sliding glass door. Replacement would have been over $1000.00 and I could not justify the replacement as the door was functionally fine, only without a screen for ventilation. They were terrific. They came when they said they would. They were efficient. They were straightforward. They did a good job. They were very clear about what was going on. They were very professional. They did what they promised. They were excellent and we would use them again if we needed. There wasn't anything that we would like to change. The people who installed were good. The representative who came to sell it, was very good. We checked different screen companies and their prices were reasonable, but we didn't like the products. There are not many suppliers in this area for that product. They carried the best product. There are a number of products that are out there, which were pretty shoddy and pretty boring. We thought this was the best product around; so we give them the credit for that. They came right back and were done. They were right on time.

It was good. He was prompt and thorough. He took a lot of pride in his work.

The work turned out excellent. They are hard to reach, and that is the only negative. I have been calling him now for 4 days, and nobody has returned my call. I will use him again in the future, if I can get in touch with him.

Their service was great. They came in, got it done in one day like they said. The screens worked beautifully.

I was very happy with the people. If I ever need my screens to be fixed, I would have him again. I thought he was very pleasant, and I really would recommend him to people.

We're still deciding out the project. It was more than I imagined it was going to be but I haven't checked with anyone else. American Screen Solutions was very professional and at this point, I would say I would probably recommend them although I haven't had any work done but to this point everything has been excellent. I can't really compare the pricing to anything else.

We were impressed and very happy with them. The price was competitive. They were nowhere near the cheapest but we went with them because we thought they had a better product. They were literally 35% more than the others but we liked the product. The quality was pretty good until we had the break-in and they had to come out and replace windows. Then they got pretty sh*tty. They drug their feet after they had all the money. They responded immediately with at least a phone call. We would use them again.

They did an excellent job and showed up on time. They have a professional attitude and clean windows very well. I have a fairly large home with a lot of windows. I live in Florida so we have a lot of sliding glass door windows which they took care of. They also were on our roof. I dealt with Mike, who handled the crew and Neil does the schedules. They are both excellent. They return phone calls and are polite. I have used them three times and would definitely use them again on a regular basis

American Screen Solutions' work was fine. It was very good. They got it done quickly and cleanly. I do not like the price but it is what it is. The cost and the estimate was the same.

They did good work. They came out and measured and then in a week or two they installed them. I didn't have any complaints.

They were excellent. They came the day that they were supposed to, they came at the time that they said they would come, and they completed the work on schedule. The screen works perfect. I would tell people to use them, they are very good. I don't believe in buying the cheapest item.

We love the screen and we think they did a great job. We had two separate spaces done which is very neat and it was a screen for lanai. They were very good and they knew their staff. They have the measurement so they don't have to come back. This is done to an exact measurement; they have to put in electricity all things that require electric screen with a remote. Everything works. They told us how to maintain it and they told us that the little wrinkles that you see in the fabric....the more you use it the more it would go away. Now you can tell there's not a wrinkle there. We were pleased but I do get the referral from put neighbor.

They did an excellent job for us. They did exactly what they said they were going to do which was huge for me. They showed up on time for the appointment. One guy came out to do the work and took about 4 hours to complete everything.

Nothing. We contacted Phantom Screens looking for a dealer in the area and were referred to American Screen Solutions. Jorge, the owner came out and prepared an estimate. He seemed quite professional. When it came to scheduling, the professionalism went out the window. Jorge's "manager", "Andre," forgot calls we'd had, didn't call back, and lied when we called him on his unprofessional demeanor. We filed a complaint with Phantom Screens and with Jorge. However, Jorge chose to side with Andre stating that he'd known him for eight years and that Andre was all about integrity. American Screen Solutions gets an "F" for customer service. We found a competitor.
