Description of Work: Has an old faucet in the bathroom that needed a washer or center replacement. Part cost between 50 cents and $20.00. The technician was able to take the fixture apart but then when he reinstalled it, it moved. The whole faucet moved. I was charged @ $250 and by getting this $49 coupon saved $100 but the problem was not fixed. The technician, before he left, was shown the movement of the whole faucet and said "...find the sweet spot..." That refers to the spot where the faucet should be instead of moving all around. I would not rehire unless they return and fix the faucet for free. A completely discouraging experience.
