A+. Scott was excellent and thorough. I have 4.5 baths and he was excellent. Wife used him at her office with no issues.

I was very happy they were able to fix it without problem . Scott was the tech and he did a super job. He had another young man with him and they were both very knowledgeable and professional. I had an Angie's special for a $49 service charge and $50 credit on any work performed, it was definitely worth it.

Excellent experience overall. Scott and Joe replaced my old water heater in a very professional way, from the shoes and carpet protectors to dealing with a few unexpected problems. They fixed a loose drain pipe and dealt with a stuck shutoff valve. I recommend them heartily !

I called company to ask about the deal; and the brand of disposal they were supplying. Immediately afterward, I went online and ordered the deal. I then called the company back (this was last Thursday) and had an appointment for the following Tuesday - could have been sooner, but this was convenient for me. Scott McGuire came out - he called first and said he was able to come out earlier in the day than scheduled - which was fine- he was clean; efficient; professional and FAST! I was amazed. No mess left behind. Very impressed - thanks Ecoplumbers - you have my future business too!

They arrived as promised and replaced the garbage disposal. Very professional and they did a great job!

My water heater was 17years old and working just fine (no sediment in the faucet filters, consistent hot water), however, other people in our community of 800 homes had replaced theirs after 7 to 10 years and I didn't want to risk a problem, When I saw Angie's special I made the decision to get a new one. The plumber doing the installation was professional and informative and the new heater was installed between 1 and 2 hours. The company followed up on my satisfaction the next day with a phone call from their call center which was out of state.I thought I had a problem with the temperature of the water and the local owner of the in state EcoPlumber got in touch with me right away and we discussed the apparent problem.It was NOT the water heater, but a faucet cartridge that decided to act up at the wrong time. After I replaced the cartridge the problem was solved.

The EcoPlumbers representative came in, cover his shoes so as not to bring dirt from outside, and diligently checked the problem we called for. Once he knew what he needed to do, he placed a rug in the area where he would work to prevent leakages and proceeded to work. Then, at my request, he checked two other issues we had in a different area and resolved them in a satisfactory manner as well. He was always careful to handle things properly as if he was working in his own house. I plan to call them in the future whenever needed. Highly recommended.

The gentleman showed up at the time he sais he would and did a great job installing the disposal. The job was very good and rather quick. He was very professional, I would highly reccomend them.

I started the project of replacing an inexpensive stainless steel sink and broken garbage disposal with upgraded materials in my Florida condo. The new sink configuration required a re-work of the PVC drain connections which were glued joints. I was leaving for the airport the following afternoon and needed someone to come the next morning. I had called three other plumbing services and didn't get the responses I wanted to hear. I called Ecoplumbers, (it was after hours), and they were prompt with a return call. I was able to schedule the service call the next morning. Scott came out and was friendly, fast, and very competent. Everything went smoothly, and the price was better than fair. I work in the kitchen and bath remodeling business in my home state, so I am very familiar with how the process works. They will be my plumber of choice in Naples.

After multiple attempt to locate previous plummers ,who for some unknow reasons could not provide the service until a day or two later, I called i-Plummer and they were available and were on my property within the hour. The technician had the drain system open within 30 min. He cleaned up, I payed him a very reasonable fee for the service ,he gave me a receipt and the toilets and showers in the house worked like a charm. Very happy costumer.

They showed up on time and did the work very efficienty. The only thing I would caution people about is the pricing of their services! I was in a bit of a bind as it was the day before Thanksgiving and had a full house - if that were not the case I would have gone a different direction.

I called them on Thursday and they said they could be there same day. We opted for 8:00 A.M. on Friday and their guy, Scott showed up right on time. He snaked out the drain and while he was here my wife asked him to check our slow draining bath tub which he did at no charge. He said the bath tub obstruction was too far down to clear with the equipment he had on hand but we could arrange to have him come back and he'd charge us a reduced rate. The kitchen sink is draining fine.

We obtained two quotes for the repiping work and other installations. The iPlumber representative presented a formal written quote, plus offered a substantial coupon offering through Angie's List, and had great rating on Angi'e List (as did the other provider). They arrived on time with all materials needed for the work to be done. They worked efficiently and discussed the work as they progressed through the day. Following completion, they thouroughly cleaned up the work area. The payment was as quoted. We contacted them the next day on a few monor issues and they responded by noontime and made the adjustments with no questions nor additional charges.

ThI called Sunday and iPlumber called me back Sunday and arrived first thing Monday morning. This is the second time I have used them in an emergency and will call them, if needed, in the future. They respond immediately, are courteous, clean and efficient. I plan to use them in the future to change to a tankless hot water system. Scott always gives me 12% off for being on Angies List.

The thing I really liked (and why I'm writing the review) is that despite the technician needing to drive to me from naples they did not charge me at all because they were unable to fix the toilet on the spot. I thought this was outstanding customer service and worthy of a review. I also appreciated that despite the "leak" in my sink faucet being just a loose connection which I could have easily just found and fixed on my own that the technician was extremely good natured so I felt less dumb :) Nice guys. Would definitely recommend. By the way, the quote to fix the toilet was about $145 and they give a 12% first time Angie's List discount. I thought the price was very fair. Because they would need to come back they said they'd knock a bit off which, again, feels very generous and service-oriented.

He called this morning as greed and showed up as scheduled. I was, however, extremely disappointed in his service performance and knowledge, especially after reading such good reviews on him. He failed to fix the problem - couldn't even really identify what it was. The only work he did was to fix a loose handle on the shower and charge me $105.60. The problem still exists. Sorry to say that I would never use him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone.

My experience with them went very well. I thought that he was very good. He came out and looked for free and was the only one of the many that I called from the list who was willing to come out for free and look. He was really nice. He came back the second day because there was a problem under the sink at my parents. There was a little bit of a leak. He came back the next day first thing.

He was a good guy and very thorough. I would recommend him. He was honest and didn't try to get more work out of me. He was infomative of things that needed to be done.

He is absolutely excellent. He showed up on time, was very quick, thorough, and the price was excellent. He put booties on when he came in so he didn't mess up our floors, and he was just very pleasant.

They were very professional and efficient.

The service person arrived, found the shower to have a large leak behind the wall. He replaced the part causing the leak. He was pleasant and gave me a discount for being on Angie's List. We discussed a perpetually leaking hot water tank and replacing it with a waterless system. He did not rush things and answered all my questions. He also informed me I would get a discount for the new hot water system for being on Angie's List. I thought the fee was reasonable. All tolled a pleasant experience at a difficult time.

I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again.

Excellent!...explained the problem of back up in both toilets....diagnosed the problem quickly....both bowl seals blew and were replaced.....and snakes from small to gigantic cleared out the blockate....learned NEVER to dispose of wipes in the toilet unless specifically made flushable!

When I found i-Plumber on Craigslist and gave them a call, they took my call immediately and had two men at my residence within hours. I have had no association with this company in the past, nor do I have any personal affiliation with them or any employee from the company. It was a 100% cold call on my part with no referral from family or friend. Not only was the bill VERY reasonable, they took their time to stop along the way and explain every detail about what they were doing, what the issue was and why, and explained exactly how my plumbing system works, where the lines are and each of their functions. They answered questions that I asked for future Plumbing needs and even quoted me for that future work explaining in detail what each job would entail. Even those quotes were MUCH MUCH LESS then I imagined they would be. I was their last call after they had been working all day and was totally impressed that they spent as much time as they did with the job not trying to rush through anything. Rarely do I experience this kind of professionalism anymore. This is a perfect example of how every business/ trade should model their company customer service from. This is also how you gain life long customers that confidently refer you to everyone they know.
