A different plumber came out to reinstall the dishwasher and toilet that another plumber from the same company had installed incorrectly. Both dishwasher and toilet were leaking after they were installed the first time, and the original plumber had been back once or twice to fix the toilet but it kept leaking. The company did not charge to do it right the second time, so we would give this plumbing company another try. Both plumbers were extremely nice guys.

Our property management department bought the coupon for service call. They coordinated with tenant and completed the work with no additional charges. We would definitely recommend.

EcoPlumbers estimate for labor, fittings, pipe and a new expansion tank was $579.00. This did not include the cost of the new water heater which I had already purchased. EcoPlumbers estimate included $85 for a county permit. I later contacted the county and was told a permit was not required for for a water heater replacement. I had purchased 2 hours of plumbing labor from this company through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion about 6 months ago. After considering the "discount" they offered for the Big Deal promotion, their price was still $165 more than I ultimately spent with another old school licensed plumbing company. Think twice before prepaying for future services on these Big Deals; you might just be better off getting a few estimates at the time work needs to be done.

It went very well. The person who did the service call was punctual and aware of his surroundings in that he did not create a mess and was very tidy in his work. It did seem to me that he took or placed a lot of phone calls. I'm not sure if they were personal or business related. He also mentioned to me when he first walked in the door that he was only 'half a plumber' because he had hurt his back. I noticed that he was walking like a person in pain, but he was able to complete the job and take away the toilet he removed.

It went fine. We were not at home when they came. They replaced all the polybutylene pipe because it is known to leak. We had them do that also because the price was great. The technicians that came in were pleasant. They were very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had and explained what they were going to do. While replacing water heater, they noticed that electrical wiring did not meet current codes, so we had that taken care also. They did the job when they said they would. Water heater was replaced at one visit and all the piping was replaced at the second, but it was all done in one day as they said. There were no problems afterwards.

This was my first Big Deal purchase and it went great. Called to tell me he was on his way, gave me a half hour window. Very professional, put on booties before coming into house. He went right to work and started removing the old toilets. Very careful not to damage the tile. Installed new toilets and all the plumbing. Very happy with the new toilets, they look great. Love that they use less water. Would recommend EcoPlumbers, very happy with service.

They worked out very well. It was a very good experience. They came out several times. Actually, we referred them to our next door neighbors, and they also had a new water heater installed by them. When you call the owner, John, in the morning, he answers right away in his cellphone or he calls you back immediately. He takes his time. He is very professional. The young man that comes out and does the work is also very competent. So, I would say that we have not had a lot of experience with plumbers in over the years, but I would definitely refer this people and have them in the future if I ever needed any more plumbing work. In fact, he probably pretty much knows our condo by now to do whatever issues we have. There was a little problem initially with the toilets. I think they had to be secured a little bit, but he came out immediately and redid that. I cannot think of anything negative to say about them at this point. The pricing was good. Being in Angie’s List, they gave us a discount. It was reasonable. We really do like them, and we would definitely use them in the future.

They were extremely professional. They were on time and prompt! I appreciate the honesty as well. I was told I didn't need some work done, instead of pushing to get the uneccessary work done. They even sent me an email that told me who was coming, when they would arrive, and even a follow up email explaining that there would be no charge since no work was done.

Although Joe of The EcoPlumbers was a bit late, he worked very quickly and efficiently. He removed the old faucets and disposed with them, and cleaned up his work area nicely. I was very pleased with his work.

They were very polite and punctual. First they came to change the garbage disposal and when they finished they say we had to change some tubes under the sink so we said yes and they came back the next week and fixed everything.

The service provider called first, to establish our location and arrived at the predetermined time.The plumber was polite and competent, the work well within his abilities. He remarked that the job was easy, and had the needed parts in his truck. The plugged drain was cleaned and the shower faucet needed new washers. He wore footies over his shoes and cleaned the dirt from the work areas. Discussing the Groupon price, he said that it was a good deal, and less than what the normal charges would have been.

Overall, we had an excellent experience using The EcoPlumbers. The prices are fair, the workmanship is of high quality, and the two employees with whom we dealt (one in the office and the plumber who worked in our house) were both professional, friendly and highly competent. On a day when everything in our house decided to break or malfunction, my kitchen sink drain also clogged. The plumber we have always used in the past is not in business anymore, so I searched Angie's List and decided to give The EcoPlumbers a try. I called and spoke to Rosilyn, a very kind and sympathetic employee (I did go on about all of the things that had broken that day,) and she quickly scheduled a service call that very day (even working around my cat's vet appointment)! Scott McGuire, Service Manager, telephoned as promised when he was on his way, reviewed the company's very fair pricing for the clogged drain that needed urgent repair and also for regular plumbing work. He was able to complete the repair under an hour and used his time very efficiently. He left the work area clean and the drain working perfectly. The company's "green" procedures, such as using a paperless system, are admirable and inspiring. Also, that we weren't charged for an emergency call despite receiving same-day service performed after normal business hours is, to us, illustrative of a company that has its priorities in the right place. My husband and I have a "wish list" of plumbing-related items that we have delayed completing because we didn't know of a plumbing company in which we have confidence. Now that we have discovered The EcoPlumbers, we can now look forward to tackling that wish list knowing the work will be of the highest quality and fairly priced!

Called early, and Scott visited 3pm the same day. Good advice & professional approach. Agreed approach with 10 year old water heater, and future replacement. Will use again.

The ecoplumbers service manager came out to drain my water heater. This service was not able to be completed, through no fault of his. While he was here he noticed my bathroom faucet knob was loose and recommended I get a new faucet. He also pointed out my aging hoses for my washer hook-up, which I had him replace. That's what I spent the extra money on. Turns out, I did not need a new faucet in my bathroom. A local handyman tightened it up for me at no cost.

Overall a good experience and would use Eco Plumbers again.
