They replaced a toilet. They removed the old toilet without mess and installed the new one quickly.

I purchased this as an Angie's List BIG Deal and it worked out as expected. My tech was prompt, courteous, professional and seemed to know his stuff. He was in and out in about 1.5 hours with no issue. I would say this was a good value, but you never know until you have the hot water heater in place for the life of the warranty (which in my case was 6 years). we'll see. so far so good.

NOT WELL I COULD NOT GET THEM TO EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONE FOR 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY FROM 2 DIFFERENT #S.

We had already left for Minnesota and did everything by phone.

.Everything he said he would do. He said he will call 30min. before showing up.. He did that. Call before performing any work with a estimate. He did that. After he gave me a price and I approved he did what needed to be done plus check the system to be sure nothing else was going wrong, called me back with the charges and put the cost on my credit card phone. He also sent me a video of the proof that every thing was working properly. Best d*** service I ever received. All my conversation with this young man took place over the telephone. One of the toilets in our mfd home started to rock. I removed the toilet and found the PVC toilet flange had cracked. More of a project than I wanted to handle myself. Called Eco Plumbers after checking Angie's List. Mark, the plumber, replaced the PVC flange and reinstalled the toilet. I also had Mark install a new kitchen faucet set. Mark was very professional and did a great job at a fair price.

Went very well. He was on time. He added dye to the water to determine where the leak was. He replaced the seal which involved some adjustments to the existing fixture. No more leak. No mess. He cleaned up. Very courteous. Answered questions. Professional. Cost less than other plumber who could not solve the leak problem.

Plumber came to my house and checked out my water heater which he said was operating properly. I thanked him and he left. Very positive experience.

The compny was very responsive to my situation regarding when to come in relationto work hours. Mark was very professional and on time and efficient. The work area was tidy uponfinished work. I love that they will return in one year for flushing and inspecting at no further cost. at no further cost.

The plumber arrived within the promised window and was done at the end of that window. Everything was cleaned up and the old parts were taken for recycling.

They were fine. They did a good job. They were on time and they didn't lounge around. He just did his work and that was it. I went above and beyond the big deal price because the parts were expensive. It was $190 for the whole thing. We had bought the parts before and we knew how expensive they were.

Young man was totally professional and friendly and was fully versed in the model of faucet I had. Since it was originally installed only about 2 years ago, he was able to fix what had been an annoying loosening that occurred repeatedly with the faucet. When I asked him about stocking parts on his truck, he went the extra mile to assist me because I'd bought a new flush handle for a toilet and when I got it home the securing nut was missing and the old one I reused was not quite right. He fixed it cheerfully and quickly.

Mark had quite a bit of difficulty in removing the cartridge from this Moen faucet.It took about an hour. He did find some washer bits that had degraded and removed them,but upon reassembly there was no improvement-the flow was still slow. That was abou tall that was done. I was given a bill for $10. which added to the $47 gives a grand total of $57. I admit a lot of time was spent taking apart the faucet, but I still have the original problem with no definitive fix presented.

Checked water pressure and fixed our shower so that we now have great water pressure and a great new shower. Most important checked out a leak between our house and neighbor's and found the problem. City had been out, other people had looked ; no one found exactly where and what was causing the leak -- which was now a major flood zone. It was a problem with my neighbor's water line. He dug, he checked all over he found a broken pipe. By now it was getting dark -- he stayed. He fixed what he could, gave recommendations for a water detection expert for the inside of her house and never asked was he going to get paid for this extra work. I was so impressed. He is now my plumber for sure. He is a pro. Plus in just talking he gave me great ideas for the future renovations of our baths, and he knows who to recommend for tile etc. I am thrilled! This is a plumbers' plumber; use him.

I called Saturday morning, after 10a.m., to see when someone could come out to repair a leaky outside spigot and left a message with the answering service. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes and was told that a service tech could be at my house that afternoon. When the techs arrived as promised, they were not only very professional, but also friendly and polite. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

We used this service as a preventative measure because we have had sewer back-up problems in the past. The plumber completed the inspection and found no problems in the sewer line.

They did excellent work and did it in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and came back to make adjustments as we requested at no additional cost.

a fine job in doing so.Tech said that the problem has in the wall and the wall would have to be removed to perform the service, so I ask for an estimate to also change the plumbing to move the washing machine and sink at the same time. He gave me an estimate that I found to be extremely high. He did perform the initial service and did

A different plumber came out to reinstall the dishwasher and toilet that another plumber from the same company had installed incorrectly. Both dishwasher and toilet were leaking after they were installed the first time, and the original plumber had been back once or twice to fix the toilet but it kept leaking. The company did not charge to do it right the second time, so we would give this plumbing company another try. Both plumbers were extremely nice guys.
