An excellent job, with good communication from their office and some great service from the two techs who came to the house. I would definitely recommend them, and expect to use them again in the future. Keep up the great work.

The installation was performed by Marcus. He called when he was on the way to my house and gave me an estimated arrival time which was pretty accurate. He was very courteous, professional and did a very clean job. He also answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to us this company in the future..

The job was not within my ability as the homeowner as it turns out. Not only did the valves require replacement but the enclosure behind the washer had to be replaced. Also it was not a matter of just unscrewing the valves and putting on new ones. So the need for a plumber was clear cut. I had bought a set of what appeared to be perfectly adequate washer hoses from a big box store (albeit Made in China). The technician said they wouldn't not be reponsible for a problem should those hoses fail. So I let him talk me in to the much more expensive Made in USA hoses that looked to be the same. Indeed, the made in USA hoses may very well be superior, but it would be quite a stretch to think that the Made in China ones would fail more easily. But, to do my part to support Made in the USA, I went along with the technicians recommendation and returned the Made in China hoses to the store. Clearly it was a matter of "let's make a little more money on the job." I don't like this sort of thing, but I understand the reluctance of workmen who would rather not utilize homeowner supplied parts. After all, you wouldn't bring your own parts to an auto service center and ask them to use them instead of the ones they trust and recommend.

as is always the case, this job did not come out as hoped for, meaning that we hoped that there was a connection to the septic in the wall where the washing machine and utility sink drains were. because of this a lot more work (and expense) was required. the work was done the following day and i watched every step of the way. i was very pleased with the quality of the work. when they need to go into the home, they put on little bootties so they don't dirty the floor, and take them off when they go out. a little extra effort but it is an indication of the care the company has for their customers. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The guy they referred knocked out my old tile and replace the shower tile and pan and drain. He was great.

The service plumber tech was very helpful, eager, and punctual. I pick up on vibe and he had a good one. He was very efficient and also gave me a quick estimate on some other work I want done. I loved the 99.00 special too! Plumbers can be very expensive, so for small jobs like this it was perfect!!

Couldn't be more satisfied. Marcus Lewis, the technician was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but was the nicest technician my wife and I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The fact that it took him just minutes to diagnose the problem and correct it, in less than two hours was great. We had other plumbing companies come in before Eco but no one even got close to determining the problem, never mine correcting it. Finally, the price for completing the job, in comparison to others, was very competitive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was terrific. They did exactly what I needed to have them do. I didn't pay any additional. They were on time, polite and thorough. I've used them before to put in a garage disposal. They were well organized. I had the feeling they were confident and could do the work. I would absolutely use them again.

They said it would take $8000 to remove the mold, but another service provider just fixed the shower's track leak and the whole problem was solved for $100.

The good - they were on time, did the job, no complaints with that. WITH the Angies list deal, the price was $100 for a half hour of labor. I was told call out charges do not apply so this was the charge just for labor. I also got charged an insane amount for plumbers putty when they used about 25 cents worth - in fairness that was included in the 100 bucks. I know doctors who don't make near this much per hour.

The service was great, and I used them for something else again. I liked them a lot. The guy that came out went above and beyond. I had another service person here from a cable company who had left a mess, and left the attic door open in my house, and left the premises.I am a single woman, and I didn't have a way to get up there and shut the door my self. The plumber from Eco plumbers told me that he would bring his ladder and shut it for me. He was really kind and wonderful. The price of the deal I bought was fabulous.

They called the same day and came out and installed the same day. Great service!

When he installed the water heater after he installed it he forgot to put the drainer hose back to the washer and we not have a flooded apartment and the apartment below. They said that it was a mistake they did send flood people to dry it out. They are yet to repair wall.

Fixed a tank seal leak. Showed up on time as scheduled, called beforehand and followed up after service was performed. Very professional in all respects.

It was stated that the hot water heater install might take 3 hours, but it barely took 1 hour. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future when needed.

Marcus and Emilio were prompt, arriving at the very beginning of the window of time quoted, always a good sign. They worked expeditiously and efficiently and had the new garbage disposer installed in a very short time. It works great. They also took the time to look at a couple of other things I was considering having done, and provided me with quotes for those projects. I am really impressed with this company and it's representatives. Very good experience.

Two service men showed up a day late to service toilets. The toilets kept running so my tenant called Mark, the actual plumber? and he returned to fix it with no aditional charge. Two seperate visits to fix a minor issue and both times there was confusion about the scheduling. My tenants had to take off work to meet them both times. Not professional.

Excellent service, excellent price!

They came and replaced the garbage disposal for the advertised price. They responded quickly and everything went well. They were on time and professional. We would certainty use their service again.

Mark was terrific, efficient, neat, and truly professional. No sales pitch pressure just quality work.

It was comleted quickly and professionally. It seemed a bit pricey but I have nothing to compare it to.
