I had a leaky sink. Emilio came out and said that it couldn't be repaired. I had purchased a sink and two faucets prior to his arrival just in case the sink was not repairable. He replaced the sink and faucet. He also replaced the faucet on the second sink in that bath so they would both match. The tenant complained about a leaky toilet and he fixed that as well. He charged me $32.00 for parts which I thought was reasonable. I purchased a $99.00 coupon from Angies List for 2 hours of work. No upcharge from the company.

I ordered this service on 6/5/14. After 5 days, the only communication I received was to call the service provider directly to schedule a service date. When I tried to call, I was told that since I was a new customer, the only thing the receptionist could do was take a message. I decided that the Angie Big Deals can not be relied upon and not only cancelled this order but also called Angie's list and cancelled my account. The service provider did call and apologize.

ingThey did not have the required tools to complete the work to be done (we were told the boss had a pair of crimpers needed for the job). They made an appointment for the following day at noon. I got a call early in the day requiring information for an appointment they thought I had wanted for the following week. We had already made the appointment for that day so I told them I was set. At about 1:00, we called to see why they were late for the noon appointment and were told that they were nowhere near our location and would have to make a third appointment for next week. We decided to call another plumber who assessed the job price 50% cheaper over the phone. We decided to go with that company instead of waiting for a third appointment for a job that should be fairly simple to do. I did not give F's across the board because the original appointment was kept in a timely fashion, but it was annoying that the work could not be completed. I did not want to have to make yet a third appointment for a faucet to be replaced.

Work was done when scheduled, work area left neat.

Emilio was excellent. I was going to put in a new sink, but when I opened the box he saw the hairline cracks on the corners that I would have missed. Luckily, I had purchased a new toilet which he installed in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Emilio was very nice and very knowledgeable about plumbing and told me how he would install my new kitchen sink and the changes he would have to make in order to do it properly. I WILL request him again to put in the new sink when it arrives.

This was probably the best experience that I have ever had with a plumber. Marcus did a super job & didn't cut corners. All the work was done with professional quality. They called ahead of time & arrived on schedule.

It was a very good experience. They were to change over my water shut off from a knob to a lever, which makes it easier to operate. There were extra costs involved with the project.

I just had some awful and unexpected communication difficulties with them. I think they finally figured it out so I don't want to be too harsh, but I didn't like being transferred around on the phone like I had called a Swiss bank or something. It just seemed like no one had been actually entering my information into their system, even after the 4th call. I made an appointment online as well, through their website, and yet couldn't get confirmation as to whether or not the appointment would occur. Just too many headaches for a hopefully simple project.

It went great! Once he got here, he found the leak super easy, and showed me how to fix it myself. Mark was super fantastic, and gave me the Angie's discount with no hassle - even cut me some slack because it took so long to respond. Super thrilled with him, the company, and the repair.

The plumber, Mark, was professional, courteous and an expert plumber. He have a very competitive quote and finished on time. He also gave me advise on our non working water pump. I highly recommend this company because of Mark! And he came out the day I called on Saturday afternoon.

He came, but it was not able to be fixed. It was something else. He did a good job though. He was excellent with what he did. He said that it had to be pulled and I said that there is a plumber that would do it. They did not charge extra. I have a plumber that I use regularly. It is my neighbor’s son and he does things for me. It is just that the deal was too good to be true, $45 for a plumber’s call.

The big deal from The EcoPlumbers was fine. They are excellent. They were quick, clean efficient and no drama. They were good at the responsiveness. I believe that they were right on time. The professionalism was very good. I would use this service provider again in the future.

Showed up on time, was neat, and explained in detail. They also did a complimentary check on the faucets in sinks, bath, shower dishwasher and washer. We were very pleased with the service.

It was a fantastic experience. I spent a few dollars more than the big deal purchase for the upgraded one. He was on time, called ahead of time and very polite. He cleaned the mess and also fixed the sink which was not fixed properly by someone else. The problem with the faucet was that when you raise the bottom up to turn the faucet on then it turned it off and when you lowered the faucet to turn it on, it turned it off. He was nice enough and took care of it.
