Home Depot was supposed to install a dishwasher last week. When they came out they said they could not because there was a leaky valve under the sink. The only time this valve leaked was when the serviceman was pressing on it. He said we needed a plumber. So Bobby came out today from EcoPlumbers and checked the valve. There is no leaky valve. My husband looked at the valve a few days ago and was going to try and change it himself but decided not to. Bobby looked under the sink very carefully and checked it out. No leak! He was very nice and courteous and we appreciate that he did not charge us. We will definitely call EcoPlumbers again and ask for Bobby.

The two toilet valves were replaced with no problems. The faucet cartridge was installed backwards so hot water came out in the cold water position. I called ecoPlumbers about the problem and they returned to correct the faucet the next day. All-in-all, I have no complaint about the service. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. I thought the price was a little high but the Angie's-List discount helped. It has been some time since I have had this kind of work done by a plumber so I have no idea whether the price was reasonable or not. I would definitely consider using ecoPlumbers service again.

Bobby was great to work with. Courteous and patient with this senior citizen. As to the outside faucets, he showed me how to fix them myself if they start to leak again. He could have sold me anything up to and including new outside faucets, but was honest enough to just show me what was wrong and how to fix it. I am new to the area and found them on Angie's List. They will be my plumbers from now on.

The 2 gentle men came in put on their foot covers so they wouldn't mess up my wife's carpets; went to our master toilet replaced the "flapper", which stopped the recurring leak--I then asked them to look at our kitchen faucet , which also had a leak ; they quickly fixed that ; then they noticed t6hat the water flow was extremely slow in that faucet-so they tried to remedy that---they ran into some problems but stuck to it and finally finished the job successfully and did not charge me any additional amount for this extra service !! The technician arrived on time and performed the work as expected. I am happy with the quality of service provided and I would call Eco Plumbers again if I need a plumber.

Technician was prompt, very professional and polite. Maintained a clean work area. The problem was that one faucet dripped under the sink. Technician came back to fix it, but the leak was still present. When my husband returned from a business trip, he reattached the dripping hose, that fixed the leak and all is well. If there is water involved, 'drip' happens...

It was pretty good. They did what they said they would do.

In the end we did not use this service as he was out of the area. However, he was responsive to my questions and friendly. If he was in the area, I would call him again.

Wasn't very pleased. We are snowbirds and our home watch guy said there was a big puddle of water spreading throughout the house that seemed to be coming from the refrigerator. When the plumber got there he said he checked and it was coming from the fridge but he didn't work on appliances so we would have to call someone else. He said it was coming from the ice maker. I asked if he could turn off the water to the ice maker and he found the valve in the garage and turned it off. The problem is, the valve must not have worked because when we came down a couple weeks later the puddle was back--after we hired a cleaning service to come and clean up. I pulled out the fridge and it was nothing but a plastic hose that had come undone and needed to be put back in place. It was a two second fix a third grader handle. Not sure why he didn't just stick the plastic hose back in. I suppose it's possible he didn't pull the fridg out to check but how could he have determined it was the ice maker and the the plumbing line that ran up to it if he didn't pull it out and check. He also informed us that due to the inspection, our wash machine hoses should be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace them. A few days later the home watch guy finds water running out of our garage. Apparently he changed the hoses but didn't check to see if the connections were tight by turning on the water to the house. Now to be fair, there is a sign by the water valve that says please don't turn on the water. However, you might think the plumber called out to fix leaks would figure out why the sign was there and still turn on the water to check his work. They were very responsive though. But I'll try someone else next time.

I had a specific problem and they came out and looked at it and advised I get a refund because they couldn't do anything.

He arrived on time and was as nice as he could be. He did the job quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was price. It was rather expensive to my mind. Approx 45 min of work, cutting and gluing of PVC pipes and joints. Although I appreciate the effort and time. I have to admit, I am not sure I feel I got $230 of value from this. I would lie to thank them for coming and doing a good job.

The company performed as scheduled. They were prompt and performed the services exactly how it was indicated. Everything was satisfactory.

They were prompt, showed me on their web cam where the tree root was and cleared my sewer drain until I could schedule them for the pipe and root removal to be done very soon. I was impressed with their equipment and knowledge to detect the problem. They also gave me the Angie's List Member 15% discount.

They were NEVER on time. The first day, they showed up at 6:30PM and said they did not have permit would come back the next morning. They finally came back late in the day, dug a small trench and said they had to leave for parts. Then when they came back in two hours, they could not finish the job that day, so they promised to come back early the next day. When they finally finished, the city said that the reroute work was fine, but that the existing back flow valve did not pass inspection. When the plumber came back, they had to order parts for the back flow, and it was a week-end. When I left for meetings in Orlando, they still had not been back. When they did show up, it was an entirely different workman. They were to call City for immediate re-inspection and turn on of non potable water. When I returned home on late Saturday, they still did not have non-potable water turned on. I called the City on Monday morning, and City inspectors were at the house in less than twenty minutes and passed everything and turned on non potable water. In short, they were never at the job site within the 4 hour time range they promised, came with no permit to do the work, and had the leave the job job several times to get proper sized PVC pipe and valves. Also came without charged batteries for their power tools to cut holes in valve boxes etc. I truly believe they wanted to do a good job, but just lacked ability or parts to do the job. It was a comedy of errors --- without the comedy.

We could not be more pleased to use Eco Plumbers again or to recommend them.

It went fine. They were great; they were perfect. They were on time, very considerate and conscientious.

i had a water leak on a saturday involving a toilet tank. i called ECO plumbers and told them the main water supply to the house was shut off. they sent someone out within a couple of hours and a few hours later the job was complete to my satisfaction.

Marc did the install along with Misti. They were very professional, answered all my questions and made sure the cleanup was complete. I would hire them for any other work in the future. The new ionizer is wonderful.

I noticed a leaking bathtub faucet. I search Angie's list and the BBB and decided on Eco Plumbers. I called them on Monday morning to set up an appointment the next day. I work nights, so I made the appointment for mid afternoon. Bob arrived around 3pm. I fell asleep and didn't hear the phone or the door bell. I missed him by 10min. So I called to reschedule for the next day. The receptionist called me back a few minutes later to tell me that the plumber is coming back. Bob arrived with in 10 minutes. Figured out the problem and took care of in a timely manner (that included a run to Home Depot). I will definitely call Eco Plumbers again if the need arises.

Excellent work. All three done within the 2 hour "Deal". Neat and clean.

Marcus Lewis (Mark) was the service manager and he was willing to answer all questions and look at anything else while he was there. While he was waiting for the delivery of the new hot water heater, he assessed a problem I was having in the master bath and within a few minutes corrected the problem.....above and beyond his assigned task. I will call EcoPlumbers when I get around to installing a new bathtub in the Master Bath during renovation. I can't say enough about the job Mark did.

Process went well. The person they sent was fast and new what he was doing.

All went well until billing. The two hours of labor went out the window and they billed me for a "water heater install" at a fixed prices and discounted the install for two hours of labor. I did not realize. This until I looked at the bill after they left. I thought that the bill was for only the required parts. The job was completed in well under the two hours I paid for.

I just can't believe how fantastic this company was! I was so pleased with your work, the price of the job, and the outcome, that I will use this company for ANYTHING in the future. I have already recommended them to other people. What a great, fantastic company!
