There was a leak and it was leaking into the apartment down below. He was here quite a while but everything went well. He took apart the garbage disposal and everything. He went downstairs and looked at the leak.

The technician was very professional and helpful. He did a great job diagnosing the faucet. He couldn't fix it because the part is not one that is normally stocked. I ordered one online and he showed me how I could make the repair myself when the part arrives. He also fixed a shutoff valve to the sink which was showing signs of corrosion from Florida's nasty water. He provided an estimate prior to doing the work. Very satisfied.

I felt that I used the wrong service there. It wasn't their fault, but it wasn't what I was expecting. The interaction with them was fine, it was professional. They didn't do any work other than diagnose the problem, and recommend another plumber who can do the job. I don't think the job was that thorough, because it didn't take them very long to do the work, and they didn't do the camera thing that I was expecting. I am sure he knew he was doing, and maybe it is a work that he has seen a dozen times, and he diagnosed the problem but it was a first time for me. I had purchased the big deal for $99 and I did not spend more. It bothers me when the service doesn't really match what was in the big deal. It is not that they didn't do a good job, but I was expecting him to put the camera and find out what the problem was.

After a miserable experience with a refrigerator delivery and installation, Ecoplumbers and Josh the plumber, were a breath of fresh air. The office promptly returned my call and arranged an immediate appointment to fix my broken refrigerator water pipe. Josh arrived on time and called ahead to alert me to his arrival. He was professional, personable and highly knowledgable. He quickly analyzed the problem, spotted additional breakages from the installation process and took care of the repairs. He also provided a helpful assessment of my condo's plumbing, offering useful tips for upkeep. I can highly recommend Josh and Ecoplumbers, the service was absolutely outstanding. I now have my "go to" plumbing service and will definitely use them in the future. Love the Eco-approach! Bobby our technician called the day of the appointment, showed up early and was a nice knowledgeable fellow. The job was a bit odd since the people that installed the dock ran a water pipe but never connected it. Unfortunately where they ran the pipe made for a problematic connection. Bobby looked over what needed to be done and gave me a few options. The option we chose was pretty clever on his part. He quoted me a very reasonable price and offered to do the work that day and part of the next or in one session the following week. It was nice that they were flexible in their scheduling. On his return trip he again called before coming over, showed up early and in good spirits. After a few hours of work, he was done and the work looks solid. A couple things did go wrong. The first was during the estimate. Bobby was climbing out of the tight attic space and broke some dry wall. When he came to do the work he not only fixed the broken drywall but also installed a short 2x4 brace so it wouldn't happen again to the next person. The second hiccup was the pipe he was tying into was broken under the dock. This wasn't part of the original quote but Bobby crawled around the dock and fixed the issue without additional charge. All in all I was very happy with the work, Bobby the technician was great and despite a few bumps did solid work at the price they originally quoted.

The men were neat, courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional services provided by John and his team. They met my expectations for a quality installation of a new water heater, faucets and garbage disposal. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, they truly care about the customer first and go out of their way to ensure the job meets your expectations.

Our garbage disposal was leaking so I went on Angie's list to find a plumber and with the reviews I called Eco Plumbers on Sunday. Mark came out on Tuesday morning. I asked if he could take out old sink and replace it with a new sink and faucet before hooking up the garbage disposal he was furnishing. He gave us a quote for the services. He said he could and we set a day and time frame for Saturday 12-2pm. We bought a sink and faucet so when Mark came he removed old chipped cast iron sink and replaced it with the new sink and faucet and garbage disposal. He came on the time agreed on, kept with the quote he gave us. Mark went above and beyond as he was careful at all aspects of the job and took pride in his trade and plumbing knowledge. Cleaned up the area and removed all the old sink, faucet and garbage disposals and their boxes and papers and chaulked around counter top. Courteous, prompt, professional.

Marcus came and left his truck on the street in case there was any issue of leaking on our driveway. First impression was wonderful. We were unable to run water or flush toilets and thought we might have to go to a hotel. Marcus brought out his electric auger and actually went at the problem from the outside instead of dragging it through our home. We found out the problem occurred from a PVC pipe breaking when another plumber was installing new pipe for our kitchen remodeling. Marcus really came through and verified that all drains were working and the toilets flushing before he left. He also stated that if anything was not working within 3 days they would come out again. I give this company and Marcus and A for all areas because he was our true "Knight in shining armor" on a Sunday afternoon.

Steve the technition was very friendly and professional Explained all steps promptly explained why our 10 yr old rusted on the bottom water heater had to be replaced. Never applied any pressure let us decide my husband and I and he replaced it the coupon really helped with the cost thank you!! Also He stayed to make sure the hot water worked before He left. Definitely would use them again. Thank you Jesus!

Marcus came out and gave us a bid, and he took the time to explain our options. The price was very reasonable. We had them do the work, and he was punctual, did all the work as agreed and everything went perfectly. He cleaned up and hauled everything away. The new water heater and toilets work great. Also, I like the fact that this is a paperless company, and the toilets they installed are super efficient at saving water. I will use this company again soon for some more plumbing work that needs to be done around my house. I highly recommend. Finally, I found a good plumber!

Bobby provided excellent service he was prompt, courteous and informative. I highly recommend "the eco-plumbers" for anyone in need of plumbing services...he called and came 2 hours earlier than the appointment which was great.

I consider myself a handyman, but a toilet with an intermittent flush had me baffled. I even removed the toilet from the wax gasket and snaked down 15', with no success. Bobby with Ecoplumbers had the answer, a clog in the water jet orifice that restricted water flow into the siphon jet along with an irregular acting flapper. Problem solved thanks to Ecoplumbers.
