Very well. I really wanted to have the hot water heater flushed, but his explanation as to why he couldn't do it seemed truthful.

We have used the service of The Ecoplumbers for 3 years( formerly iplumber) and highly recommend and commend their workmanship. We have found them to be reliable, trustworthy and guarantee their work. We were involved in a disagreement/dispute with a company doing rehab work for us which resulted in a plumbing problem. ecoplumbers intervened on our behalf, contacted the company and assisted in bringing the matter to a negotiable conclusion. They immediately sent their technician Josh Doxtator to assess and solve the problem. He was efficient, thorough, patient and professional, explaining each issue. Although this involved replacing a GE R/O system with the HALO system, we did not feel pressured to do so. We have had no additional plumbing problems related to this episode.

We emailed the company for an estimate on a new water heater installation. They replied that they couldn't give us any kind of estimate by email or on the phone, they would have to come to our house although all I asked for was a ball park figure. Josh came out the next day and arrived when he said he would. When he came to the door I said I would meet him in the garage as that's where the water heater is. He looked at it and said it definitely needed replacing (which it did) I told him we just wanted an estimate for a 40 gallon electric unit. He said an estimate is only worth the paper it's written on and his estimate was $5.00. When we asked him what he was talking about he said he needed to give us a written estimate (isn't that why he was there??) He asked us when we had last drained the heater. We said never. He said that then we don't know what is in our water and started to try to tell us about all the bad things that were in our (city) water. I said we didn't care, we were sure it was fine and we just wanted our estimate for the water heater. Obviously he wanted us to buy a water purifier too. After a disgusted look, he said he wanted to go in our house and inspect the rest of our plumbing to look for any problems and it was free!!! We said no thanks, we just want the estimate for the water heater. He said water heaters are installed at set rates. (so why did he have to come out except to try to upsell us) He also asked us if we were serious about this because he didn't want to waste his time or ours if we weren't going to buy from him. He asked what it would take to get us to buy from him right then. We said we just wanted a price and we would go from there. Finally, after reminding us that he was noting that we were turning down his inspection offer and that we didn't want any extras, he gave us an estimate of $800 which he also sent by email. He never offered any choice of brand or quality level or warranty. He also never mentioned the Angie's List discounts that they give even though we had mentioned being members in our email, to the girl who set up the appointment and to him. Since his attitude had completely turned us off long before, we said good-bye. Today we had another company come out and replace our water heater. They gave us a quote over the phone and , when they saw they needed to replace the shut off valve too, told us upfront how much extra that would be. They were done in about 45 minutes. I can't compare prices since we were never given any information about the water heater itself from Eco-Plumbers.

All I can say is that the work was done with no problem,and the drain is now working.

Everything was fine and we scheduled a subsequent serve when we return to Florida in November.

It went very well. He showed up at the time he said he was going to show up. I showed him where things were and he got started. I was doing yard work and when he got finished he called me over and put the camera in and we looked at the TV screen. Everything looked good and he said he didn't think I'll have any problems. I was glad to hear that. He offered another service and said if I wanted him to, he would look at all our plumbing fixtures and note if he sees any problems. He went through the whole house and pointed out where potential problems could be, like the rubber hoses on our washing machine are 12-13 years old. He said they wear over time and they get calls about those busting. He suggested the steel ones and said I could change it myself. He found about 10 things that I could do. There was also a water filtering system that they sell. It's usually $3800 but he said if you're an Angie's List customer it's $2000. He said there is a lot of calcium in the water here, and that deteriorates pipes and water heaters. He didn't seem to be trying to push anything. He was just trying to be thorough and professional. He said they are non-commission plumbers. He stated he gets paid an hourly rate. If he did $1 million worth of work at my house he would get paid the same as if he did $100 work.

Provider supplied information on eco-friendly and cost saving upgrades that were available to us. Service performed quickly, efficiently with professional attitude. Seemed a bit overpriced to us.

Work was done quickly and area was left clean

In a word, Excellent. The original inspection they did as part of coming out to do an estimate found items that the home inspector we hired never saw or mentioned. I had requested information on various options for replacing the hot water heater as I wanted to upgrade from a basic 40 gallon electric. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of various types (conventional, tank-less, hybrid) and answered my numerous questions. Also discussed options for water treatment. No high pressure just straight answers and options. Was given an estimate for each part of the project in advance so I could decide which items, if any, I wished to have done. They arrived on time to do the work (even got a text from the office to tell me that they were en route). Workers (Vince and Willy) were friendly, polite and professional. Work was all very neatly done and the workers took precautions to protect the house. When job was complete the foreman walked through the house with me to make sure that everything was satisfactory. He even did the registration for the equipment warranty right there. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their type of services and would call them first for any plumbing needs in the future.

Josh and Vinnny came out and did an excellent job. We discussed possible approaches--which unlike other companies this is how eco plumbers works. They don't charge you to come out. They give you options to choose from after they inspect. At first, they suspected the leak was either drain or valve related for the upstair tub, and it would require drilling a small hole in the down stairs ceiling to inspect with a camera and guarantee the result. But, before they moved forward they spotted some exposed gaps in the grout next to the tub. They believed that was likely the problem and suggested no service for now and lived up to their word no charge.. If it turns out not to be the problem later, they said would come back and move forward with the plan. They were clearly honest and could have tried to charge me for a likely unnecessary service, but did not go that route because as they explained they are in it for the long haul with their customers. They also inspected other areas of the house and made some great future suggestions. I've done quite a number of remodels in my life and own four homes. These guys were a first when it comes to their approach on serving customers.

The technician,Vince was courteous, very pleasant, never once showed frustration with the problem or the solution,and never once changed his approach from our first meeting until the job was finished. Perfect Public relations! The ladies in the office,were,also, Friendly, and Professional. Unlike some companies who seem never to have a "Good Day", Eco Plumbing must always have Good Days.

Repair water leak from tub drain (leaking trough ceiling) and Repair toilet . Went very well.

No problems. Arrived in first hour of appointment window. All work done in about one hour.

Technician arrived on time. Replaced the faucet and hoses. He was knowledgeable and neat. He cleaned up behind himself and replaced all the items back under the sink. He put up with my yappy dog with good humor, even stopping occasionally to pet her. There really isn't anything exciting to report.

The granite was cut for a one hole faucet. The faucet was previously configured foe a three whole sink. I told the plumber I would order the part and he agreed to put it in right away. Mailed the part to his house since I am out of town. In Aug. I had guest staying at condo. He called to let me know the faucet was wobbly. I thought it had already been fixed based on our conversation with plumber. I call plumber and he said he would go right over. I went down in November and the faucet was still not fixed. Took six months of repeated calling to get it installed. Finally talked to management and if got done six months later. I must say once I contacted the provider, not the plumber, things got moving fast.

Took 4 days to schedule a plumber. Called on day of service and cancelled. Tried to reschedule in another 4 days. I found a different plumber.

Arrived on time for both the initial estimate and the job. Technician was very professional. Put down plenty of materials to keep the house clean. A few issues came up after the old shower was removed & the technician gave me several options for solving the issues. The actual cost for the additional work was below his estimate. Stayed late to get everything done in one day.

I called the company first thing in the morning.There man came out that afternoon and i had a new hot water heater by late afternoon.It's so easy you can make your buy right online.

It was OK. The workman was pretty good. He had to adapt the new water heater plumbing to the old plumbing; it was a solid job on the installation. We now have hot water. They also called after the job was done to make sure we were happy.

Provider was on time and did an excellent job. However, I think they were a little pricey for a new garbage disposal but did the job very well.

Showed up a few minutes early. Very professional and service went fine.

Josh was awesome--professional, courteous and took the time to show us all sorts of handy tips to keep our disposal running smoothly. We highly recommend Eco plumbers and will definitely hire them again!

It turned out really well. I would use them again. I really like their services and the plumber as well.

It worked out really well. They were on time. I was very impressed by the plumber who came because I had a lot of issues. We had just moved into our house and our toilets and drains had issues. When he came out, he found out that most of them just needed adjustments. He didn't do a lot of things yet he corrected my problems without them having to cost a lot of money. I was here willing, ready and naive to pay. We were really impressed with Bobby.
