showed up on time completed job as rosed very diligent used drop cloths over scrubs and on walkways moved outdoor furniture and covered it ten replaced wen finshed house is 20 yrs old and looks like new. very happy with job.

Did not put enough paint on my walls with 2 coats. Had different painters everyday. Wood work has wrong sheen and some has wrong color. The price was right so we will hire someone else to finish job correctly.

I selected Apex Painting because of their reviews and their pricing is attractive but follow-through is disappointing to say the least! At first it was a challenge to get Insurance and Additional Insured documents for my HOA which delayed the start of the job. Seems there is Apex Restoration Services and Florida Restoration Services, the same company, and they have a difficult time deciding which insurance to use. Second, I scheduled start date for the job then was asked to move it to accommodate their crew. I complied and received a text confirmation the day before the job date at 5am. Same day, at 4pm, I received a call from their project manager saying they didn't have a crew and could I reschedule. I live on the east coast of Florida and this job was on the west coast of Florida. I had scheduled an electrician for the first date then rescheduled them for the second date and had rearranged my schedule to accommodate Apex. I was not going to reschedule the electrician and my schedule again. I cancelled the job stating that I had lost confidence in their company. I spoke to both the sales contact person, Joe Garcia, and the project manager, John Roberts. Both called back later in the day trying to persuade me to reschedule. I did not and requested my credit card deposit be returned. I waited a few days and called back and spoke Joe Garcia who said he would have someone from the office contact me since that was not his department. No one contacted me. I called a second time and left a message. No response. I contacted the CEO, Jon Bucci, who was the person that I had contracted with. He asked that I give him from Friday to Monday to sort it out. I received no call back Monday or Tuesday so I had to resort to disputing the charge with American Express. That is still ongoing. Be very careful dealing with Apex Restoration/Florida Restoration Services.

I hired this company and gave them a deposit in May 2019. My quote stated, ground surface of patio down to base material, and all labor backed by APEX issued 365 day warranty. My plan was to have the job completed this summer while we are not using the property. I struggled from May through September to get them to complete the job. Today is September 26th and they just notified me they are refusing to do the job. I was told the floor grinding would take too long (3 days) and they are not experienced with floors and could not warranty the work. Horrible! If this was the case they should not have accepted the job and my deposit.

The quality was outstanding. Unfortunately, our project was delayed four times from the original start date.

Joe and Jon were always very pleasant to talk with. Jon told us there would be a crew coming on Friday, Monday the latest. We waited at the home for 5 hours till we called to see where they were. Told the crews were all cancelled due to rain and humidity (ours was an INSIDE air conditioned job) They wanted to push our job to Wednesday....not a chance so the crew of one showed up on Tuesday to start. We were told that either Jon or Able (the crew supervisors) would show up every day to see progress and correct any errors....never happened. Wallpaper was to be removed properly, per our quote. It was painted over.....for additional money it was done properly. In short, there is total lack of communication between the boss, crew and most importantly the customer. When final payment was due they did not have the courage to face us and collect...they had the painter do that deed. On a positive note the crew of one (Mario) was excellent. Do not know if I would use them again. A promised done time of 3-4 days took 11 days...probably due to the 1-man crew. Hope this is helpful and not too negative.

Did a great job...very quick and thorough. Painted the entire exterior of our home in about one day total.
