A bit more expensive than I thought but techs very experienced , knowledgeable. Quick response to request, on time and cleaned up all areas. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and would use them again

Dennis was fantastic! He spent the entire day on our bathroom & garage installs! Two new outlets in the master bath. He Fixed bathroom fixtures & installed a new light over our washer/dryer. Replaced 2 old smoke detectors & checked our circuit breaker box for code issues! Very neat and thorough too!

I used Mr. Sparky before to replace a faulty outlet. This time they hung 2 fixtures, hard wired 4 ceiling fans. I wanted the work done by licensed professionals which is why I hired them.

The home I put an offer on needed a lot of work - including electrical work. Mike came out to address the issues identified in the inspection report. He shared information with my realtor and me as he walked through the house. Before leaving, using his ubiquitous tablet, he emailed two estimates to the Seller’s agent and to me. I was very impressed with his confidence: said he was a third generation electrician - how impressive - dinner table electrician speak no doubt - LOL - thank you MikeK !

I do not like that he carried a pop bottle so he could spit in it while he was talking to me. I got sick to my stomach just watching him, so, I finally told him I didnt like what he was doing... he could see it on my face that I didnt like it - Johanna

Everything went very well.

Mike Pace and Neco (hope I got the name correct) were awesome!! They BOTH are a great asset to the company. They performed the job perfectly, and knew exactly what to do. They replaced my main power box in my house and installed a couple switches that I needed in the kitchen. Because of the quality repairs that they did, I had them install a second surge protector on the outside box to protect the system. I think they did a superb job and I am very satisfied with the results and because of these guys, I will call Mr. Sparky again if the need arises. Both Mike and Neco are dedicated to their profession, and you can feel there concern the customer. Thank you Mr Sparky for sending them to do this job and I now feel very safe in my home.

Great! Justin was very knowledgable, pleasant, and helpful, found and fixed the problem in a timely fashion.

Refused to give a free estimate. Insisted that the repair would be included in the **diagnostic fee**. I was first given the price of $575, then it was $600, then it was $800, all in the same visit. Tried to pressure me into agreeing to more work, about $8500 worth of work. Then after telling them to email it to me, repeatedly pressured me by saying **what would you like me to remove?** Overall, I paid $800 for them to replace 2 lightswitches and swap out a light fixture. I will never call them again. Horribly overpriced and lacking in integrity. On top of all, that one of my lights is still flickering periodically, so their fix did not fix it.
