Robert from Mister Sparky was excellent. He listened to what I wanted, explained everything before getting started, and continued to explain along the way. We had a couple of scheduling hiccups, but that was not Robert’s fault. Emergency power outages absolutely take priority over my install. I would recommend Mister Sparky and will use them again if I need more electrical work done.

Me Sparky caked me after seeing my request for quotes on Home Advisor. They responded with an appointment quickly; I received a picture of my electrician; he was on time and got right to work with an estimate. We wanted to have 2 outlets and 1 light with switches installed and we wanted to have an outside line to a street light checked. The tech said we needed to have our smoke detector/carbon monoxide detectors replaced and also said we should replace our circuit breakers. He gave us an outrageous price. I knew we could not do everything and asked how much the detectors were. He said $163 each. I almost fell over. I questioned the extreme high price of them and he said they were really good ones. I had to go to Lowe s and stupidly we told him to go ahead with the work. I was not gone 10 minutes and decided that the price for the detectors was so high I called my husband and asked him to tell the tech not to do the detectors but he was almost through them all by that point. I felt he did those first because he knew I was really hesitant about the price. He installed 5 detectors and 2 outlets and lights with switches and I paid $2426! Really, how stupid were we. We re too timid about saying someone s cost is too high and we paid for it. I will not use them again or recommend not because the work was not done well, but because the price was so high and based on another reviewer comments, if I had told him we would look elsewhere maybe he would have dropped the price to what was reasonable. How sad that we didn t say anything and paid the asking price. If you have them come out, don t take the first estimate cost

Same day service. Nick was great, called to let us know he was on the way with an ETA. I called Mr Sparky about 9 AM Our freezer was back in business by noon with a new outlet. A little pricey, but service was worth it. The real problem was a little more hidden than a bad GFI but Nick figured it out within 15 Minutes.

The electrician was courteous and efficient. They tell up upfront what the cost will be when they see the project. I feel they are pricey, however they show up and do the job when they make the appointment, unlike other providers in my area.

All I needed was for him to inspect my work to be ready for final co. inspection of my shed and he was quick and efficiant.

I called these guys to install a ceiling fan in my kitchen along with two switches, one for the light and one for the fan. I also asked them to install an outlet for the hot water heater. I was in a hurry and needed it done fairly quickly. The first price he gave me was $1,500. I almost started to laugh. When I thanked him for coming out and told him we would look elsewhere, the price dropped to a FRACTION of what was quoted. If I had let them they would have robbed me blind. If you call these guys, hold on to your wallet. Or be prepared to negotiate. When I call an electrician, I expect a fair quote for the job being done. If I were not in a hurry, I would have thrown this guy out.

Never did work. Rescheduled TWICE meaning I lost 2 days waiting. Totally unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

The tech was very professional and let me add items to the list when I found out he could do them. Everything was done in one day. They are a bit expensive but I would recommend them and use them again.

The technician looked over my job and suggested several ways of accomplishing what i needed. He suggested the most efficient method and provided estimates to both accomplish my wishes and also fix some potential problems in the old installation that really looked bad. i selected an option and he started immediately and accomplished all the work in one day with a second technician providing additional manpower. While the cost was within the extimate and accomplished in a workmanship excellent manner.

They are a little on the costly side but they do good work

They rescheduled twice before the job was done. Once they were here the work was done and met all of my expectations.

They cancelled the first appointment. Work was done quickly and correctly.

Mr. Sparky certainty fixed my issue. However, I do not agree with his policy of removing the circuit panel box and then recommending changing out all my switches, the fuses, the box on the outside of my house, etc. While I understand he may believe he is being thorough, it is clearly overkill when the job was to change out light/fan switch.
