This is the third electrician we have had out for the same identical problem. It still has not been fixed. They did what the others have done in the past...replaced the outlet. Feel there is a short somewhere but no one has tried to find it and took the easy way out by replacing outlet.

Price quoted on phone was very low. Actual cost was a lot higher then I expected. They were very fast and came out at the appointed time. The work they did was fast and they got the power restore to the bedroom, replacing a defective outlet.

Wonderful company. Arrived on time, gave me a fair estimate. Stephen finished the project in less than an hour. He noticed a problem with a circuit breaker. Sent me an estimate to replace that - BUT, no pressure to buy or repair. Can't go wrong with Mr. Sparky and Stephen.

Walter did a great job & was very nice, but he neglected to provide us with a receipt. Our bill was on his iPad. I emailed & texted this company 5 times and still have no receipt. Poor customer service!

Work was supposed to be finished, everything seemed to be working. Less than an hour later it seemed to get warmer in the house, turned on fan, nothing. Checked all rooms part of my house worked and the other parts did not. Called they came right back and checked everyone, the connection in the roof was not done correctly, fixed it and apologized.
