I initially wanted the tree trimmed, but decided to have the tree removed. Give a detail service agreement; was very clear about what "removing a tree" involved/included. Technicians were on time, courteous and proficient. Did an excellent clean-up job; did more than expected.

Strobert Tree Services after contacting sent out an estimator and we went over all details of what needed to be completed. I accepted the rate and they performed the services within the next week. I referred them to call my brother and same process, they removed 2 trees from his property. Jobs well done.

Reached out to us quickly and came to give us an estimate quickly. As soon as we sent contract back they made an appointment, arrived when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Am looking to hav them come back and do another job.

I hired Strobert back in July after getting an estimate from one of their project managers. We were wanting overgrown brush removed from our backyard, as well as the removal of one tree and the trimming of branches from three other trees. I was informed the team would remove the brush and trees completely and the clean up would be quick so all I would have to do afterwards is throw some top soil down w/ some grass seed. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had received and I felt confident going forward with them after speaking w/ the person who gave me the initial quote. They started within the week, which was great - however, they did not fulfill what I was told at the time of the quote. After the brush and tree were cleared - we were left with a ton of ivy, wood chippings and debris that we had to then rip out ourselves. There was no way we could just throw topsoil and grass seed down. My husband is still ripping out plants and ivy, 4 months after we hired them. In addition to this, 2 of the trees they were to trim, were specifically stated in the proposal from Strobert - to be trimmed away from both our house and away form our neighbors house. The company trimmed them away from our house and left the other side of the tree, with branches growing onto and over our neighbors house. This was when most of the problems started with them. We called 3 separate times and emailed the man who came out and gave us the quote directly, after the team left, to have them come back out and finish the job of removing the branches over our neighbors property. All 3 times the receptionists at their offices told us someone would be in touch to schedule us - this never happened. For 3 months. At the 3 month point - Strobert emailed a Final Invoice for 'job completed'. I emailed the woman back letting her know it was not completed and we would not be paying the invoice until the team came back out and finished what was stated on the proposal. 3 weeks later, and several additional calls to the office - the men finally came back out and finished. I would not use Strobert again, which is a shame because we will obviously need trees trimmed again in the future.

After accepting their competitive estimate, the crew from Stroberts did a very nice job taking down 1 tree and trimming dead branches from 3 other trees - all with little/no damage to our front & back yards. The stump grinding (done a few days later) created a nice pile of wood chips which we used along our retaining wall.
