No-hassle pricing, Gave me an estimate on the same day of their visit. The crew came within a week trimmed and removed trees.Left the area clean. After a few days, they came with stump grinders did the work , left the area clean. Very professional crew.

very efficient & quick

Im in the middle of the job and cant get finished, going on 2 weeks of waiting on them to finish, can not get any communication on when get job done, very upset right now.

The Company had a miscommunication within their employees. The owner of the company called me to find out more and made it right. Came out the following week to complete the job. The crew was friendly and informative. They did a great job, explained everything that they did and cleaned up after. Will use them again for the upkeep. Thanks for some great customer service and job well done.

Very professional and good at their job

They are not organized. We had tree and bushes to take out. We called to see when They would come out , they told us 2 weeks. Out of the blue , they called us the night before so I had to take a day off work. When I called them that morning to confirm They are coming out and all it will be done completely They said yes. It didn't. They work in stages. They come out to take tree out. Another crew maybe the same day , get rid of the tree. It took them 3 weeks for the the guy to grind the stumps. When the guy came to grind the stump he got there at 1;18pm . he slept in his truck till 1:50pm. Then it took 20minutes to do the job. Then they billed our credit card 4 day later for final payment as a courtesy.No calling us, no talking about the issues of being late, sleeping on job. So they do the job on there time but want payment right now.They also came out a week later after they took they trees out after they already done this task.

They did a great job

Cleaned up after themselves and didn't even destroy any other plants around the area they had to work. They where excellent!

Very professional company. I had a black oak injected to prevent damage from spotted lantern flies, limbs cut back to stop damage from the sooty mold to my deck, and several Trees of Heaven removed to eliminate a food source. Workers arrived on time and were knowledgable about the Spotted Lantern Fly infestation in my area.

great customer service. fair price

They charged $250 for use of a bucket truck to remove a branch that was interfering with a TV antenna tower. The usual minimum charge is $500 but they worked out a deal where they did it on the way to another job so they did not have to make a special trip that would cost $500. Nobody else I contacted would have done this.

Strobert did a great job, cleaned up the job site after they were completed, would never had known they were there!

I was contacted in a timely manner for an estimate . Work was completed the next day.

Good estimator

Work was done promptly and well. Area was left perfectly clean. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Four large trees removed and stumps ground. Two tall Oak trees trimmed next to house. VERY pleased with the team that was here. Waiting for logs to be picked up, stumps ground and reseeding of front lawn.

The crew did exactly as directed. Excellent job.

Slow getting here but when they got here the tree was down fast and safe.
