Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go.

I picked Mike (of Shingle Express) over two other smooth talking roof guys. My liked Mike's professor like attitude. The other two guys wanted to replace two sections of shingles (about 100 sq ft each). On the initial assessment, Mike said that my shingles were in good shape. From looking at the wet spot inside the roof, I did not think I have a wide spread problem. I felt that Mike was more likely to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. I went with Mike/Shingle Express. I was right in my gut feel. My leaky roof ended up taking ten trips to fix 5 problems. (Note: Every service trip had a scouting trip to assess the problem and came back to fix it later). Mike was very reasonable to work with. This is the good point. The not-so-good point is that you need to have faith that Mike will show up. He did not always show up when he said he would. But, he did show up a few days later from the original date. With regard to the five leaking spots, I cannot image how would I ended up with the other two guys that I did not choose.

Shingle Express identified the problem and fixed my leaking porch roof within 20 minutes. Thoroughly explained the problem and I would definitely would use them again in the future! Reasonably priced and fast service.

Shingle Express, Inc. arrived promptly at 9 AM and proceeded to reattach my separated 2nd story galvanized gutters' downspout. They placed a screw where the downspout disconnected and also secured the lower section with an additional gutter downspout strap. The cost was extremely reasonable and they completed my project in under a half an hour. I'm very happy I used Shingle Express, Inc. to fix my gutter problem.

Excellent service. I called and he answered and was in the area. Just 2 hours later he had the job done. He even had the correct color to match our roof where a shingle was blown off. Fair price. good and fast work.

Shingle Express repaired my gutter before the big storm 1/23/16. Mike return call 10 minutes after my request. Came out the same day and not only repaired my hanging gutter but secured problematic areas. I will diffidently use again!

Mike was fast to respond and worked my leak into his schedule. Never tried to up sell. He and his helper work well together. Very efficient.

This company called and kept their appointment. They were personable and friendly. I was confident in their ability to repair my roof. They gave me and estimate and followed up with an appointment for repair. They came on time and in less than 45 minutes had repaired the roof and cleaned the gutters. I was really impressed with the service. I would recommend this company to other home owners.

This man I dealt with at Shingle Express was the BEST! A 55-year old gutter pulled out from the house by the wind. After receiving two salesman like offers from Angies listed companies, I found they really only wanted to sell me major repairs of about $400 and not even give me the full Angies discount. I had noticed Home Advisor on TV and put my job on their site. I received 3 calls within 10 minutes. Shingle Express understood my problem and that it was just a quick repair. He gave me the price of $95 plus parts (new hangers). I agreed and he was here within 2 hours. The job took 20 minutes with 2 guys. Total Price $107 and he did not try to sell me anything extra. This was my best home repair experience ever!! ee. I was so relieved to find a service company willing to do my request without all the BS about it would be better to spend $400. THANKS SHINGLE EXPRESS!! AND HOME ADVISOR!!
