Description of Work: Widdoes did a super job on our very long driveway. It is clear that they are proud of their work, and make every effort to do it the right way or not at all. Watching their crew work together was like watching a choreographed performance. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced driveway, sidewalk, and patio with concrete. Work was done with much thought, intelligence, and attention to detail. Rick was there every day. His workers were very hard-working, knowledgeable, and industrious. They didn't just remove the old concrete and pour in new concrete, they carefully removed the old concrete and materials from each site. Then, for the driveway, they put in an 8" compacted stone base, 6"X 6" steel wire, and then poured in 5" of concrete, with 1/2" rubber expansion every 8' to 10' and then finished the surface with a slight swirl for appearance. | The patio received about the same treatment but included a 4" base with #4 rebar every 2 feet. The sidewalk received about the same treatment as the driveway but with a 4" base and 4" of concrete. | All the new concrete was placed with proper pitch for water runoff and disturbed areas were seeded.

+ 1 moreFrom start to finish we were very impressed with the company. They weren't the lowest bid we received but they were the most professional. They returned calls promptly, and I always spoke to one of the owners. They did not make any false promises. The day of the instal Mike Widdoes was working right alongside the crew so he was on site the whole time. After they were done they cleaned up the area nicely. A few days later Mr Widdoes came back to check on the finished project and make sure that we were satisfied. I wish all contractors were like R.S. Widdoes.
Description of Work: Take out and replace front concrete landing. Reinforced foundation, added flagstone accents to the concrete re caulked the area including the existing brick steps.
