SUPER SPEEDY. CALLED AT 830AM. We were scheduled for 9am-11am. Highly recommend this company. Called them around 8:30am, our garage door has a broken spring after 11 years of usage. Single spring on two car garage. Change into two springs, plus replace the cable. If you are looking for the fastest availability around, check them out. Paid $917 for a two spring, and cables. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Precision Garage Door of Delaware is the best choice I could have ever made. They came out to repair my Garage door with in a hour and a half. I called Precision at about 8 AM and Technician Matt was finish with my Garage door repair at 10:30 AM. Precision Garage Door has business model to be helpful and caring to the homeowner. Garage door broke late in evening. Tried calling the people that fixed it last time and got no response. We called Precision door. They responded right away and they had a tech out within hours. The tech was Eric Bartow. He was great. He was informative, showed all the damaged parts, replaced everything right then and there. It was worth every penny and the charge was reasonable for an emergency visit So , very informative , efficient, great communication by text, job well done. Would recommend him and this company to anyone and everyone. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Precision came out to do a temporary repair within one day. As my garage door was 25 years old and in poor condition, I explored replacement options. The Salesperson listened, presented several options and never pushed. The new door came in as promised and was installed by Technician Ron Hunt who was on time, efficient and neat. Very pleased with the experience and new door.

Excellent experience. Was sent an email with the installer’s pictures and eta. Arrived on time and confirmed work to be done. Set up all needed materials and tools before starting. Work was completed in time frame quoted. Area was policed for debris and maintenance required was demonstrated. Josh answered our questions we had as they were asked. Would definitely recommend Josh and the Precision Garage Door team.

Trevor was great. So friendly and knowledgeable. He even put up with my crazy black lab! Trevor was able to explain exactly what was wrong and the various options we had to fix it. I eventually went with the “whole enchilada” so I don’t need to worry about the old decrepit opener we had. Very happy with the results and professionalism!

Excellent service. Courteous customer service staff (unlike another provider we called who curtly informed us they were scheduling for a month out). Spring snapped about 4:30 PM and we booked an appointment for 10 the next morning. Ryan, the technician, actually called around 8 and said his previous appointment had gone faster than expected and he could be out in 30 minutes. We said sure! He came, thoroughly checked the door, assessed what was needed, did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, gave us an estimate and fixed the door in about an hour. Super professional and great service!

Our technician Jorge is very knowledge and explained in detail everything that was wrong with our current garage door system which is very old. He then explained what products he had and the difference between them. We selected a new garage door motor and even though it was getting late and still very hot, he installed the new system and replaced the rusty door springs. He then reviewed how to use the new system, set up the keypad and the remotes. Jorge is very professional and an excellent technician! We couldn't be more happy with our new garage door system and the service we received from Jorge!

Tim and Precision saved the day for the Moore family. OnThursday, 6/9/23, we were setting up our garage to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation . We tried to open the garage door and it would not go up. The springs were damaged. Panic set in and what should or can we do. Thanks to the internet search we found Precision Garage door service. We immediately called around 10am spoke to a young lady. An appointment was scheduled on the same day for between 12 and 2pm, At 12:10 pm Tim our technician arrived. Tim was very professional and friendly. He stepped in and assisted the problem and it was resolved within an hour. Thank you Tim and Precision for making the day and a beautiful graduation day for our granddaughter in our garage. Also thanks for the information on Tim prior tohis arrival.

The technician arrived on time. The gear on the top of an older LiftMaster garage door had broken off and chains were therefore sagging. I asked him about replacing the gear assembly ($30 part on Amazon) and he said they only repair equipment that they had installed. That's not mentioned anywhere in their Angi listing. I then asked about replacing the opener. He quoted me $1,150 for the "top of the line" Liftmaster opener with a camera, wifi, LED lights, etc. I had resigned myself to getting squeezed for $500. I told him no thanks and paid the $75 service fee. I looked up the opener on the internet and found it retail for $365. As Precision is a LiftMaster dealer, they probably paid somewhere south of $200 for it. I looked up slightly lower end openers at Lowes and they run between $200 and $300 for ones with LED lights, back up battery, WiFi connectivity. Lowes charges $139 for installation by a Lowes qualified local contractor. Summing it up, I can buy the same opener on the internet (allsecurityequipment.com) for $365, pay a handyman ~$150 and save over $600. So that's what I would recommend you do if you're not too handy and need the opener replaced. Precision's service is very overpriced and it is misleading that they advertise repair services and then say only if they installed the equipment when they get to your house.

It went great. The doors look awesome and the technician Josh took real pride in his work right down to the little things like hiding most of the cables and tacking them flush to the ceiling and walls. He also took the time to explain how the new doors work and how we should maintenance them.

It took approximately 5+ months to get the job done. The only explanation we got was the “supply chain” excuse. That certainly is understandable at this time, however the customer service was terrible. We called several times to the salesman with questions and he basically ignored us. Once he got our payment of 50% to secure the order, it seems he left the planet. Fortunately, when we did get the door and opener, it was installed professionally and politely by Casey. And, it looks like the door and the opener are top notch. They appear to be worth the money, but not the aggravation. We are right now in the process of getting a simple issue like getting the door registered for warranty. And once again, there are issues with returning emails with answers. I would not buy from this company unless you have lots of patience.
