 + -1 moreThe contractor Mr. Joe is a money scamming unprofessional business man. He hires out the workers and tries to charge extra for supplies he doesn't need, have or didn't even use. And if you read his contract closely it says that "materials and costs are only estimates and can be greater variance in materials and supplies". In this case he could charge me every time a price of a material goes up. Stay away.
