Really good, she's excellent. They are good. They are nice to deal with. It's clean, it's nice enough. There are lot of magazines to read. I have been going there a long time, 10 years at least I will say. She is pleasant enough. She is the one who sent me to all my doctors.

It was good. I would go back to her again. She cared. She took her time and listened to me, that's what I liked the most. She was friendly. Its New York state, it did take a lot for me to get an appointment.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First of all, I had my baby with me, and I had to wait an hour and a half in the waiting room and then another 20 minutes or so once I got back to the examination room. I'm not sure who was closer to a meltdown by then. The reason I had scheduled an appointment with this doctor is because he had the shortest wait to see a new patient, and I needed to be seen ASAP. In retrospect, I can understand why he was not especially in demand. If I had had a decent experience with the doctor once I was finally seen, I would not be so negative about it. That being said, he was very curt with me and acted like I was an idiot when I asked questions. Absolutely awful. I was supposed to go back for a procedure to get the skin tag removed, but there was no way I was going back to that doctor. I asked to see the other one, Marguerite, whom I believe is his wife. At the end of the day, though, I just scheduled an appointment with another practice altogether.

He dididn'to the treatment. He let his stuffs do it. The service that they provided me was worst. I am not satisfied on the service they provided me. I wowouldn'to back to them even if they would pay me.

I don?t like to be too critical so I will start with the positive. Dr. Thew does seem to be a very knowledgeable dermatologist and was able to help me with my problem in a competent manner and his office staff was completely adequate. That is where the compliments end. I never waited less than 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor and once waited nearly 2 hours for an 8 minute appointment. Neither the doctor nor the staff ever apologized or even acknowledged this. Typically, I would show up a few minutes early wait in the waiting room 20 to 45 minutes, then an assistant would take me to another room where I would wait for another 20-30 minutes until the doctor showed up. One visit I was getting a skin cancer screening and after waiting twenty minutes in the waiting room, they brought me to another room and instructed me to take off all of my cloths but my underwear. It was quite cold in the room and after waiting BTW, bring your smart phone because there is nothing to read or do.5-10 minutes mostly naked and cold I put my cloths back on and waited another 15 minutes for the doctor to appear. When he did show up, he commented that I was supposed to be undressed. I pointed out that I had been waiting over 20 minutes and that it was very cold in the room and again he did not apologize but simply concurred that the rooms can get a little chilly. One more note, he is apparently very knowledgeable but does not like questions. I was trying to learn what a cyst was and what causes them and asking about skin cancer and he was always impatient and trying to get out the door. This was annoying to me but I am assertive and forced him to address most of my questions. He may be the right doctor for someone, but definitely not the right one for me. After my cyst had recovered and his office cancelled an appointment one day in advance, I stopped seeing him and do not plan on going back. For the record, this review applies only to Maurice and not the other Dr. Thew in their office. I have never seen her.

He is thorough and punctual, and there are no long waits in his office. If he sees any growths, he has them removed using a relatively swift procedure in the office, and if he sees anything in a difficult area like your eye, he will then send you to a surgeon. He is not an alarmist and doesn't get all agitated because he finds things that may be dangerous. He has a tendency to be low key, and all the things that he has ever found on me have not been dangerous or were not going to be dangerous. However, he makes sure that he gets rid of them anyways.
