COMPUTER NETWORK

after reading the older reviews on computer renaissance, I decided to go w/this guy since it was most recent and had a good review. However, after driving to the address listed, there is no store front there with the name computer network. I did go to the owner of the electrolux store in the same shopping center and he didn't know anything about that store ever being there. Don't know where the previous guy went, but it wasn't to this address. Drove up & down Kirkwook Highway in Elsmere looking for this - just doesn't exist. Decided to go to computer renaissance and am THRILLED with the work done there!

Originally I took my computer to Computer Renaissance on Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington due to a good reputation. Not sure if it was my coupon they didn't like but I wanted a Diagnostic done to my computer. The young man behind the counter seemed bothered for whatever reason. I told him the problem and without trying to fire up my computer or even put his hands on it, he told me it was the Mother Board and I should just buy a new computer. That's it. The same thing happened to my Mom's computer and they said the very same thing. A week later my Mom stopped in at Computer Network at the Newark Farmers Market in Wilmington. She saw there was a computer repair booth and took the chance to bring her computer. After a few minutes, the gentleman said, it seems to be the power cord, not the Mother Board. So he used a power cord and magically it started up no problems since. I decided to visit there as well. Within 10 minutes he said it was my memory (RAM) and replaced the card. I was out the door, computer in hand for only $50 for the Diagnostic, Repair, and New Card, a very happy customer
