Didn't go well. Per their request, I gave them the bottom mechanism, the top bracket and the cellular blind. So they had to know EXACTLY the size of the blinds. Despite that, the blinds were made wrong the first time by the company that makes them. Blind Factory knew they were incorrect, and had them remade. But again, they were wrong (not wide enough. After many weeks, I finally got a call that the 3rd version of the blinds had come in and appeared correct, so I picked them up. Once again, they were not wide enough by exactly 1and quot;. So I had to take them back and they had to have them made a 4TH TIME!! Those were (finally) the right width.
During this grueling process, I had to install, then uninstall the new blinds that were too narrow, then install the 4th version. Installation of these things is not easy. In addition I had to drive to the Kirkwood Hwy. location an extra time to get what turned out to be (again) faulty blinds -- a extra 22 round-trip miles with gas that costs $4/gal.. Given the very long time they took to get the blinds right, the extra time I spent driving to the store and installing and uninstalling, then re-installing the final version, it would have been a nice gesture on their part to give us a discount. Didn't happen.

We are very happy with all aspects of the process. The window treatments are beautiful, and the installation was fast and correct. We definitely recommend Denice at the Blind Factory.

Measuring and installations were done professionally and with no problems. This is a well managed business.

I am satisfied so far. She came on the date and at the time she said she was coming. She helped me pick out the decorations and fabric. She is very professional.

Denice, the manager, steered me to options that were more economical for rooms that I use less frequently, as well as provided consultations about what would look best. She personally came and measured for the window treatments and was punctual and professional. My window treatments were delivered about a week ahead of schedule, and her installers did a top-notch job. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was provided too short by the manufacturer, who refused to remake the blind, so Denice installed a custom valance on that window to hide the spacer used to length the blind at no cost to me. Customer service and responsiveness is superb--they are a joy to deal with and even with the hiccup, I would definitely buy from them again!
