Richard & his crew were on time & started working right away. They completed the work in just very 5 hours. They left the work area as clean as it was before they started. Of the 5 quotes I got they beat The lowestowest one by $1800.00

I would recommend them.

An absolute horrible experience! McCain Contracting is very, very unprofessional! Richard McCain scheduled not one, but two appointments with me and both were a no call, no show. And we did have a contract. He caused missed days of work due too his negligence of not keeping up his end of appointments that he made with me. We sympathized with him and his workers having COVID. And I found that out due to several calls of attempting to get through. He responded several days later that he needed to reschedule. After the two weeks of waiting, I reached back out to him. He stated, Lets get you scheduled for May 11th at 7am. On May 11th, no call, no show again! I called several times, which he never answered his phone. After the 6th attempt of calling, he finally answered stating, I totally forgot, where are you located again, I'll call you later today. Were you for real? And still he never called. I was referred to you by a neighbor. Which does not look good at all. Is this how you treat Valued Customers? Is this what you call Good Customer Service? Or is this how you treat an African American? Your reviews do me no justice by the way I was treated. I would not recommend your services to anyone!

Richard mackain was wonderful at what he did and the work was done in the time he said and there was no mess to clean up. He was a perfecanal at what he does.i will all ways relay on his work and would recommend him to any person that needs roof work done. Thank you rich for a well job done.

They came out the same day we called for an estimate. They gave us a great price and we had a new roof the next day! Very efficient and left our place cleaner than they found it. If we ever need another new roof they will be our first choice.

Mr. McCain came the same day I reached out for estimates. He arrived promptly on the day of the job and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the whole process. I plan on calling him in the future for other roofing or siding needs.

I called and had someone give me an estimate the very next day. They showed up at the time promised, began work immediately and at the end of the day I had a spectacular new roof. SAME day! And that was for a 5800 sq foot job!!

By far the best company ever, I got 5 bids for a new roof on my house and Richard MCCain the owner was very knowledgeable and receptive to our needs and requests. After hearing 5 sales pitches, he didn t sell but listened and all I can say is , WOW, the service and value was pristine just like his personal warranty for the completed project. WOW...What else can I say? WOW. I got a quote on site a week ago, started the project Tuesday at 6:30 AM and finished Wednesday at 2:15 PM. That s right, less than two days, 80 squares of shingles, cleaned up as they worked, beautiful job. I was at work but one of my neighbors said they had been watching as they worked and had never seen anything like it. I have nothing but good to say. Honest, neat, respected my property, no surprises. You must watch the aerial on line Facebook videos. It s truly a sight to behold. If you need a roof new or replaced, you will not be disappointed.

Probably one of the most professional experiences I ve ever had with a contractor. Can t tell how pleased and happy we are with the new roof. Completely took the old roof down, cleaned as they went, and new roof on in only 5 hours. My wife and I thought it would at least take a couple of days. We had other companies come out for appraisals. One was $4,000+ more than McCain. None of them could compared to McCains personable attitude. He came out, climbed on the roof (no one else did) at 8:30am in the cold and frost. Gave me a killer price upfront without any games. Told me exactly what he was going to do, and followed through with it. If me or my wife had a question, answered it in minutes. Do yourself a favor, call the others to see what they say. But you will feel the pressure they try to put on you to sign the contract then and there. Then, you will know why I m so happy with McCain contracting. You ll thank me and him later. Absolutely perfect.
