Richard and his company were picked out of 5 companies! First out of a gut feeling when he came in and interviewed. Second because of the questions he asked and cared about the answers! Third because of his integrity! Fourth When I called him about a couple things I forgot about...he was very accommodating! Richard s prices are reasonable and he cares about his customer! He wants to build his business in the Southern Delaware area and has plenty of experience! I have hired him for the rest of my renovations! You would be blessed to have him and his team in your home!

Richard was always approachable. He and his crew was early and went right to work. Everything he said he would do to ensure longevity of the roof, he did. The work Performed was excellent and timely. Afterwards, the area was completely cleaned. A superb job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional! Scheduled roof replacement and had it installed within 3 days. Affordable pricing and unlike other companies, they replaced the damaged plywood at no charge. Highly recommended!

Richard very pleasant and professional...arrived on time...very efficient, wasted no time....did not attempt to raise the price he had quoted. I had forgotten to mention where the drainpipe connection had separated, so I said, of course that adds to the cost. Richard said no charge, it will only take a minute and he quickly had it resealed. I am happy to have my gutters cleaned, but I am even more happy to find this kind of service for a fair price-I had thought those days were gone!

This is a very responsive company. They came out a day early and did the job in a professional manner even though I was not on site. They sent me photos of their work at the end. Even did a little extra by cleaning up the leaves immediately around my building. I will definitely use this pro again!

Contacted Homeadvisor on a Sunday, Richard called on Monday to set up an appointment for Wednesday and was on time with the problem fixed by 9 AM at a very reasonable price. I wish everything was this easy.

Fast easy and reliable. Came out and gave us a quote and by end of day Tuesday we had a new roof. Cleaned up afterwards and took all trash and debris with him. Cannot express enough how rare that is these days. Excellent!
