Description of Work: I USED JC PENNY FOR MY WINDOW TREATMENTS IN MY NEW HOUSE AND THEY WERE FABULOUS. THE DID APPROXIMATELY 5 CUSTOM WOOD BLINDS AND 4 CUSTOM ROMAN SHADES FOR MY SUNROOM.
