Very dedicated, wanted to make sure the job got completed.

I was told he would be here by 9:30 am, at 11:00am, he still has not shown or called to let me know if he was coming at all. in my opinion he is not dependable.

Donovan is conscientious, reliable and very customer focused. He not only repaired our Frigidaire ice maker but also our Bosch microwave as well. Itâ  s obvious that Donovan takes a lot of pride in his work. I have been looking for a quality independent appliance repairman and we finally found one. I strongly recommend Donovan for your appliance repair needs.

Donovan was responsive - came out the next day for a washer and dishwasher repair which is really helpful for my familyâ s non-primary home. He was communicative and helpful, quick with his work and efficient! Everything works great now, he knew exactly what to do. He was respectful of my home too, ensuring to keep everything clean as he went. Very fair pricing as well, and easy to payâ nothing complicated about him! I would highly recommend him!!

Once again, Donovan repaired a major appliance in our home -- this time the refrigerator -- so we didn't have to replace it. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and professional and pleasant. Would never call anyone else!

No one else would work on my Samsung dryer which makes no sense since all dryers are similarly constructed. He also works on every appliance so he is a valuable worker. I would highly recommend him.

I got an immediate response from Donovan. He came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. When the parts were not available locally, he put a rush on them and came back in less than 48 hours to install them. He cleaned the entire dryer system and cleaned up after himself. I will call them again if I ever need another appliance repair.
