Responded quickly to my call to evaluate a non working dishwasher. Given plenty of information to make a decision whether to move ahead with repairs or not. He also cleaned the dryer vents The amount of lint removed was unbelievable! I would highly recommend him and will call him first when there is an appliance issue.

Donovan was contracted to repair and perform maintenance on our washer and dryer. His response time was excellent, arriving at our home within a few hours of our call for service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the scope of work before he began, and were updated as the work progressed. We believe that Donovan provided an excellent service at a fair price. In the future, he will be our first call for any appliance repair requirements.

Donovan is a very knowledgeable and solid all around repairman. He has done a number of different projects for me.

Hired over a month ago for dishwasher not draining. Said garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Replaced garbage disposal and it never worked. Breaker kept tripping. Replaced breaker. Still didn't work. Said it needed a different breaker. Over 3 weeks waiting, nothing. When I got angry it was taking so long, I was told he would be back to replace the breaker and get dishwasher to drain, then wouldn't come back ?? Was not comfortable allowing him back, as I spent $460 and NOTHING was fixed. Would not refund money. Now I have to hire someone who KNOWS what they are doing after wasting $460 for nothing. How sad he is also a neighbor. Will be contacting the BBB and going to small claims court for a refund. Have read other similar reviews about no resolution and wasting money.

Mr Oâ Neil Could have fixed the problem we had with our ten-year old washer and said nothing about it but he was very honest and informed us of the replacement parts cost. Economically it was not worth fixing. I genuinely appreciated his honesty. He arrived at my house on schedule and even answered our call on a sunday evening. Will certainly use him again for future appliance work and recommend him to friends and family. We had him perform preventive maintenance on the dryer while he was here as well. He was efficient and the cost was very reasonable as well

Donovan showed up the same day we called, and fixed our dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He is pleasant and knows his appliances. If and when we need another repair, he will be the one we will call. We highly recommend him!

Donovan Oneil was super responsive, he cleaned my dryer and vent as well as my gas fireplace. Very helpful and efficient and communicative, explaining what he was doing. Start to finish from first phone call to completion â ¦ maybe 4/5 hours. I will call again when I need help!

I just recently became a home owner as my mother just passed away 3&1/2 months ago (I was her caregiver and moved in with her from NJ 3 years ago) and left me the house) and suddenly I was in need of a repair on my refrigerator. Iâ ve been very overwhelmed with everything since mom passed and now not knowing if the refrigerator could be repaired or if Iâ d need a new one which I canâ t afford. I was quickly put at ease with the kind and great customer service provided by Donovan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions and put my concerns to rest. He had great communication as well letting me know when he could be here as I contacted him towards the end of the workday on Friday and he was here early on the following Monday and also let me know when he was on the way and how long until heâ d arrive. Luckily it just needs a reasonably priced part and as soon as he gets it heâ ll return to install it. Very reasonable Service Parts and Labor prices. Sadly a lot of businesses are all about the money & very expensive and untrustworthy and would take advantage of a single woman who doesnâ t know about repairs but not Donovan at Oâ neil Appliance Repair! 10 out of 10 I Highly Recommend Oâ Neil Appliance Repair.
