I would give a 10 on 5 star scale. Our refrigerator wasnà ¢à  à  t cooling & I called yesterday evening. Donovan returned my call in less than 30 minutes. He arrived today at noon, completed work by 2pm and kept us 100% apprised of price, what was being done, etc. Customer service far exceeds todays norm.
