O'Neil Appliance Repair

As always, my service visit from O'Neil Appliance Repair was a positive experience. I called on Sunday evening and my washer was repaired by Monday afternoon. Donavan O'Neil is an experienced and knowledgeable appliance repair specialist . I have used him in the past and will continue to use him in the future.

Donovan was professional , knowledgeable, and personable. He texted me when he knew he would be delayed. He was a true problem, solver and able to fix several issues. I have already recommended him to my friends. He explained his approach to issues, and I found his rates to be very reasonable.

He was very quick to get us in, his job happened to be right by our house and he was friendly, thorough and great with explaining what he was doing. I will definitely be calling again for future work.

Donovan was on time and after some diagnostic work showed me what the issues were with our clothes washer. Problem was the parts were backordered from the manufacturer and would not be cost effective. He was honest and suggested we just go out and get a new washer. Hard work and honesty is hard to find now a days and he had both.

Company has a fast response time.

Donovan O'Neil is a welcome relief from other individuals I have hired. He arrived within the time frame he had given me. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem with my range, explained the repair options available, ordered the needed parts, which came within the time quoted and installed them quickly and efficiently. He checked the system thoroughly to make sure it worked properly for me. I plan on recommending him to our HOA. Someone is always looking for a good appliance repairman. Oâ  Neil appliance repair is a great company. Explains everything that is wrong and gets the repair done. After he repaired our oven he serviced our gas dryer. 100% will use them again.
