We hired the repair man from O?Neill waited all day for him to show up upon the agreed to date, made multiple phone calls to check if he was still coming that day. Finally at 6:30 pm even when he assured us he was still planing to come out , we had enough and told him not to bother, we hired GMH services the next day and had our dishwasher repaired.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned as a requirement of my HOA. I live in another state and called O'Neil Appliance based on a recommendation. I provided a code for the door and they texted me pictures every step of the process. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!!

I would highly O'Neil Appliance Repair for all appliance repairs. I called in the morning and the owner was st my home by 1 pm the same day. Although the washing machine was beyond repair, Mr. O'Neil gave an honest appraisal of the situation and recommended the most cost effective manner to solve the issue which was purchasing a new machine. Rarely have I found this level of integrity in a business.

Donovan was great. He cleaned my dryer vents as well as inside the dryer which were completely blocked. He also did a minor repair on my washer but didnâ t even charge me for that. He was friendly and had a great attitude. I have a new, favorite appliance repair person!
