Having banking experience of over 35 years and customer service of over 30 years, this was the worst banking experience we have ever had with any bank (and we had a long term relationship!) The primary representative was learning mortgage lending. Management guidance was non existance and upon complaining about their service over 4 months, insulting. Due to a lack of management control ,there was the asking and re-asking for information . It was relentless and insulting, on a risk that a two year old would have accepted. There were over 110 emails from one representative. Any proactive planning that was suggested and could easily be done ,was ignored and excuses that were given made your head hurt. In the end, they botched the settlement date and ultimately, the paperwork at the settlement table, which we had to advise them about ,on a missed critical contract piece required at their end.. You are not a client You are file,at best. God help you if you need a mortgage, because they refuse to find a way to make it easy.
