replacement windows

Said replace glazing in 10 days. Took over 2 months. Took old glazing to reuse inner design pattern & put up plywood. Ledr doe over 2 months. Got new window glazing & it did not match original pattern. Installed anyway since we had waited so long. Then they wanted more money to replace e the 2 other good windows that didn't match their design! Plus tore the screens in 2 sliders.
