Mike arrived on time and ready to Powerwash my house and porch and clean my gutters.. Other companies I contacted had to send someone to assess the property and then send a contract and then find a date on their calendars. Simply Clean was SIMPLE (and a great price!) The house is sparkling - actually much better than the local competition. Mike even went above and beyond explaining things and clearing my exterior dryer vent. A lot of companies don’t want to do gutters and roof - Mike has my business for the foreseeable future. I live under many shedding pine trees and have no desire to get up on the roof to clear it off. Five stars!

The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. I received a response the same day of my inquiry. The day of the estimate, they were on time and very professional. They had some suggestions as to how to remove paint stains from where the color from shutters ran. The day of the power washing, they worked hard and efficiently (never entering our home). We would definitely recommend there service.
