 + -1 moreSet up an appointment and visited the center and met with the staff. They told me what training I would receive and showed the various machines to me. I have been going to the center for two months and have worked with various trainers. Each trainer had a different set of exercises for me so I did not become bored doing the same thing each visit. I have seen improvement in both my legs and arms since starting.
Description of Work: BAYHEALTH Fitness Center recommend by Therapy after money ran out for treatment. Recovering from a stroke in December and needed additional fitness training after therapy.

 + -1 moreThe facility was always clean. They offered great fitness equipment. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to workout in a clean facility, because Bayhealth Lifestyle is the place to go. I would go back there if it was a little more affordable for me.
Description of Work: I previously used Bayhealth's Lifestyle Fitness for my workout regimen.
