 + -1 moreThere was a minor hiccup with a vm, but Rich was quick to fix the problem and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. Rich is a small business owner who has been in business at his current location for more than five years. That means a lot to me because I am trusting my computer and information to strangers.
Description of Work: Computer virus repair and he replaced back panel because the battery would not stay attached. Rich called me when he had questions, and he communicated the problems very well. No geek talk.
