+ -1 moreOverall, it was a complete disaster. I had trouble communicating with the staff because not everyone spoke English and they had a lot of difficulty doing the laundry. They actually ended up taking another person's clothing and did not completely dry the clothes. That was not appreciated because I was leaving for a trip the next day. Taking another residents clothing reflected poorly on me because I am responsible for my "guests" actions. There was nothing sparkling about them.
Description of Work: Working with this company was not a good experience and I recommend that you do not work with them. The cleaning crew cleaned my one bedroom apartment and did a few loads of laundry.
